Last time we were here we waited at our table for almost an hour before a server even came up. This time we waited 20 minutes to be sat. Then waited 15 minutes without seeing a server before we used the QR code to order. Even with placing the order through the QR code our appetizer took 30 minutes to come out. When it got to our table the queso and chicken were cold to the touch. The place is a complete mess, most tables are empty but are not bussed, the floors are dirty and the bathroom was trashed. When we received our bill they charged us twice for the nachos too. Our server never bothered to check in or refill our tea or soda, after noticing the double charge we waited another 30 minutes before she even came to ask us if we were doing okay, we werent, terrible experience, here for 2 hours for cold food and bad service :( Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Chicken Wings

Wings have been super good lately. Fries are hot. Wings are awesome & the blazing sauce is on point. Props to the cook thanks so much !👍 🥰 & Great customer service @ midnight. Got here at 240pm and the place was absolutely disgusting! Dirty trays all over almost every table in the dining area as well as the bar and the floor was a mess. Young lady, just standing around playing on her phone, when she did bring out an order she was chewing food from the kitchen area. Of the 3 employees I saw, the person working the bar area was the only person trying to clean and take orders! I couldn't imagine the health department coming through and approving the place! I can't believe I actually stayed for the food! It came out barely warm like the wings had just been sitting. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Easily the worst Buffalo wild wings ever. They are consistently terrible. Always have to ask for extra sauce on the wings because they're never coated well. I keep giving this place a chance, hoping that the food will be good next time around and I'm always disappointed. They raised the prices and lowered the quality. Classic! Both of the sauces I got today looked and tasted like they were mixed with other sauces. Asian zing + honey BBQ and Thai curry + buffalo mild 🤢 edit: to clarify, I ordered buffalo mild and honey bbq. First of all football starting up and all you show is 1 game ! 2nd very dirty all around floor ,tables , bathroom , 3rd our waitresses Raymie came by us many times but only ask us if we where good 2 times but on the other hand Toni who by the way was not our waitresses took care of us very good and out all the workers there Toni was the only one cleaning the floors and Tables! I ordered extra extra crispy wings and they were barely cooked some of them were pink on the inside and the bbq was mostly on the to go container rather than the wings. They carge $1.50 for a ranch container thats so small you can't even dip the wings in. Customer service is also trash. Food has never been that great, but the staff and atmosphere is terrible. You might get a seat right away but won't get approached by a waiter/waitress for at least a good 15 or 20 minutes, if even that. They all throw dirty looks as if it's a problem that you decided to go eat there. Same goes for the Bartender. This place is trash! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The gentleman working behind the bar was a top-notch server! There was no space to sit at a booth because it was a Friday night. The others at the bar were as you'd assume. The smell of alcohol got to me a bit, but the food was great! Recommend going when it's not game night if you aren't there to watch. Went at lunchtime today, and even though it was not busy, we couldn't get waited on. Other people who came in after us received drinks and menus while my wife and I sat there totally ignored. We finally snagged a passing waitress who said she was so sorry, only to continue serving other patrons and talking to a coworker while we remained unserved. We finally left to go elsewhere.
