after my dasher took parts of my order, the manager and to-go employee were kind enough to help! the manager offered me a solution and was so sweet and is genuinely one of the nicest people i’ve ever met. the to-go worker was so kind and friendly! i was very grateful for their kindness and support. Y’all! Best dining experience in YEARS. It seems like dining out is a challenge these days, with labor shortages and supply costs, but tonight was a GAME CHANGER in the BEST WAY! Our family decided to have dinner at BWW Tuscaloosa tonight after a very long day. The server, Kaitlyn (Schmitz, I asked) was FABULOUS, and the wings were the best we have EVER HAD. They were cooked perfectly and SAUCED perfectly. (Seems like most places are barely saucing things anymore). Our meal was, hot, fresh, delicious, and arrived in a timely manner. Everything was a WIN- WIN, across the board. I even asked for the manager to pass along our appreciation. So- if you haven’t been in a while, check them out. It was 8:30 when a friend and I arrived. The place wasn't busy and we were seated right away. I didn't know that this was a sports bar. There were tv's everywhere. Our order was taken within five minutes. It took about twenty minutes before our food arrived. I ordered the all-American double cheeseburger with fries, and my friend ordered the wings. They are heavily breaded. You have to request celery and carrots because it doesn't automatically come with the wings anymore. The strange thing is that they serve the wings with five different sauces. My cheeseburger was juicy with all the toppings I ever wanted on it and the skinny fries were great! I went by Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. The place was empty. I was greeted and escorted to my assigned table. There are screens everywhere showing all sports related shows. Football 🏈, basketball 🏀, hockey 🏒, baseball ⚾. Cool place for sure. I decided to order the double cheeseburger 🍔 and 🍟. I was not sure about the quality of the burger but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was cooked perfectly. Buffalo Wild Wings can make a great burger 🍔. Stop by and try one for yourself. I give this lunch stop 5 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍. I'm really not that into football. But if i was, all of the screens playing different games would be great. But so far I've been trying 2 Buffalo Wild Wings, and I just can't say that the service or the food was good at either one. At this one the waitress just couldn't get our order right , and there were only 2 of us. And the food? Yeah, I'm sorry. But... I got the American burger with fries and I had a reward in the app for a free 6 piece wings. I got spicy garlic for the wings. The burger was fresh and tasted great. I'm not a big french fry person, but I ate them and they were pretty good. (I could have subbed them for something else, but I'm trying to go low carb and there wasn't any options to swap for without adding an additional charge) The wings were delicious! I cleaned every single bone. Overall a good experience. I'll be coming back soon. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food, is great. Just for the food it is worth a visit. But the service is awful. Gone multiple times now, for takeout and had to wait to be helped, then had to wait for my food after a solid 30 minutes of time for them to get the online order taken care of. There is one long suffering older woman there that always seems on the ball, who is always helpful. Its just some bad connection in the kitchen or in the management at this location. Ordered online for pickup. Got home they forgot my fries and my fried pickles were raw. Batter is white on the inside. You're cooking too many at one time they stick together and not cooking all the way through... Im new to Tuscaloosa, been here one week and my first takeout Order was disappointing!!! Slowest service. Asked for a fork 2 times and they only brought 1. For 4 people. Smh. Waited 10 minutes with our bill for the server to come back ti pay- never did. So we took our bill and went to the front. And they were unable to help us at all. We had to wait for our server. So someone had to go find her so that we could pay the bill another 10 minutes. One of the most disappointing experiences i’ve had in a restaurant, and I hate to say that. The dining room was disgusting, our waitress was very unattentive, all of me and my friends food came out cold (picture of my “cheesy” potato wedges added) AND the waitress never came back with my friends change from the bill. My friend and I felt unwell after a couple of wings, so just got the checks. The only decent thing about the experience were the beers and cocktails.
