You will be served good buffalo wings, burgers and boneless wings. It's a must while visiting this bar to try delicious draft beer. Buffalo Wild Wings is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are fair. Every time my wife and I come here we thoroughly enjoy our experience. The staff is great and knows customer service. The food is awesome. We love coming here, especially on Thursdays. Last time we went Jeremy was our server. He was very cordial and professional. He deserves a raise! My 3 star review is no reflection on the food nor the staff. It's due to being constantly short staffed. My partner and I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings quite regularly because the food is always on point and delicious. Moreover, the staff on duty is always extremely kind and very attentive. However, it is obvious that they are being run ragged. There is always a wait even though the place seems empty. Tables are left unattended after folks have left with plates and cups for an extended period of time. Why? Because staff is concerned more about the people currently there versus having to clean up those that have left. Which is a good and a bad thing. Good because active clientele is being attended to but bad because the place looks dirty. Our most recent visit was on playoff Sunday. We sat in the bar area, which is our go to area, and it was packed. Yet short staffed. It was obvious folks, including ourselves, were constantly waiting on refills for beverages which is a profit loss on a very busy night. I don't pretend to know the solution to this and we will continue to support our local Buffalo Wild Wings. However, management should review the current situation and applaud their current staff while working towards getting them the help they need to better serve the community. I’m so disappointed at my experience today, which has no reflection on the food itself. I love Buffalo Wild Wings. However, today, my husband and I got seated and then sat for ten minutes without a single server or manager coming to get our drinks, ask if we’ve been waited on, etc. My husband and I debated leaving, and we’re going to give it a few more minutes, but when the server asked the booth directly behind us if they needed refills, and then didn’t even glance our way, we got up and left. It was 1:30 on a Tuesday, so not prime lunch rush. A big party had already left and the restaurant was quiet. We understand that this location has been short staffed, but to sit for ten minutes, make eye contact with multiple servers/what appeared to be managers, and not one say anything to us, is just not okay. Love this location!! My husband and I have been eating here fairly often for a couple years now. The staff is usually super friendly and efficient and the food is always a 10/10. I'm a boneless wings girlie (sue me) and they always hit the spot. " Would not poop there again "- Mr. The food was Run of the mill but cooked thoroughly. We had their chicken sandwich, bone in wings, and sweet tea. They had a lot of space for large parties and a lot of different sports to watch. All of the employees seemed stressed and timid. Everything looked pretty clean except for the bathrooms. They look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. We arrive at 11am and they opened at 11am. I've attached photos of our visit including bathrooms. Please notice advertised sandwich verses what I got ( not chefs fault, they get what they get to cook). Lighter note, they did offer a military discount and it looks like they sponsor a lot of local teams which I greatly appreciate. This was the only reason why they got 4 stars instead of 3. I also included a photo of sponsorships.

Buy one get one free Thursday! Bone in or boneless! 6,10, or 15 BOGO. The food is phenomenal. Coming in to eat is a better experience than Togo. Spicy Garlic is the way to go if u enjoy the heat! Garlic Parmesan if u want less spicy! Up to six ranch for 30 wings, we got six. We ordered the potato wedges with cheese and ordered the cheese curds. The curds are like small cheese sticks essentially. I included pictures of wings, cheese curds, potato wedges with cheese and now they have some banging pretzel knots! Our waitress was great! Seems as if she was almost running the floor by herself because we didn't see anyone else at tables taking orders. Food was hot and fresh. There were a few mistakes but not the waitresses fault...it was the cooks in the kitchen not paying attention. Waitress made it right ! I'm not a buffalo's wild wings fan but food was good. Kitchen staff can get it together a bit more and would be nice to see a manager managing the staff a bit better. We love going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Slidell for their delicious food, great service, and fun atmosphere. If you join the app, you receive great specials and promotions, like Buy One Get One Free Traditional (bone-in) Wings on Tuesdays. They also run Kids Night on Wednesdays, and Buy One Get One Free Boneless Wings on Thursdays. It's a great place to hang out and watch sports, too! Great wings and a side of fries. My drinks were never low, and I had the 10 extra wings for half off. We sat at the high tops and still were able to have a conversation and hear each other. Great time, and I will definitely be coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent service, clean, lots of TVs for sports fans. I got boneless wings, well cooked,but the teriyaki sauce was way too salty and almost tasted like pure soy sauce.
