We enjoyed dining at this restaurant after a week of travelling around the South Island, and it was indeed a treat. Despite having special dietary requirements, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were incredibly delightful and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, fresh, and bursting with flavour. What impressed us the most was how quickly the food was served, allowing us to enjoy our meal without delays. My first visit to this restaurant. It was recommended by family members and did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and cool surroundings. The staff were all attentive and friendly. We did have one hiccup with a drinks order which was very quickly sorted out and they brought us a free dessert as an apology. The food was amazing and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Myself and my partner came in tonight for an anniversary dinner- the atmosphere was great despite how busy it was and the food was excellent with lots of flavour. Everything came out promptly but in perfect time for us to eat the entree and mains separately. What put Buddha stix over the top was the impeccable service. We were served by a happy and energetic waitress who gave us excellent recommendations on food and drinks and knew exactly what she was doing. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but the service we received was fantastic, welcoming, and friendly which created an amazing environment. beautiful interior that matches the marvellous taste of the food. I would recommend the Pad That with chicken. The service was excellent and the environment was amazing the wait for our food was almost non existent quick friendly and efficient service. Would strongly recommend. Loved it. Our server was fantastic and fit us in on short notice, was accomodating. We enjoyed our meal of lemon chicken & northern style chicken noodles. Pretty damn good Asian Fusion cuisine. Amazing flavors. Service is very friendly and extremely attentive. I was amazed with the portion sizes, especially coming from Auckland where they usually serve half the food for the same price. Probably recommend making a reservation as they’re usually busy.

Ok food and good atmosphere let down by poor service. It took a long time for orders to be taken, and the mains were served across a 45 min period, which meant our group didn't eat together as meals were getting cold and not everyone had received their meal. The last person in our group to finally get theirs got it 45 mins after the first in our group. At no point did anyone come take drinks orders apart from when we first arrived and we weren't offered a dessert menu. So we left and went elsewhere for more drinks and desserts. Amazing food and ambience, and most of all the customer service is superb! Erwin and Achin were very polite and accommodating making sure that the restaurant guests had the best dine-in experience.
