Great place for a quick meal and coffee. The Brew Lounge reminds me of the old Sportsman's franchise. TV s and sport socials probably account for their afternoon and Saturday trade. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person R 100–150 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Visited Brew lounge today for breakfast. Venue itself had a "publike" feel. Not that it is an issue, some might be put off. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the eggs benedict and it was positively scrumptious. The waitress was very friendly, efficient and informative. I would definitely visit again. What a delightful find❤️🖤💚 popped in to look at the menu. I was met by Chané who was extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. While waiting for our order we shared a refreshing double gin and tonic special for only R70. Beautifully garnished with fresh rosemary and lemon. We got home and immediately tasted our food... Wow... Not only was the meals appealing to the eye, it was really top notch in flavour and worth every cent. We had the vegetarian pizza.. (first time ever that I find a veggie pizza that includes avo and feta!) As well as a portion of crumbed mushrooms. My only suggestion is that you serve the take away mushrooms with a side tub of schriracha mayo as there wasn't much on the dish.. but guys 10/10! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for a lovely dinner and memorable experience.

We love exploring new places but we came across Brew Lounge and this is one of famous places too go too. Love this spot, good food, friendly staff and love the vibe. Pizza's, bumless burger(mindblowing), fries, salad and crumbed mushrooms wow. Really value for money. High recommended. We got there and waited over 30 min for our drinks. Keep in mind there was 1 other table. We ordered a Hunters Dry and 2 cocktails. The Bar Tender, Steyn, was very disrespectful towards my partner and I. I would not recommend coming to this place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Brew Lounge on the 22nd of December with my partner and a friend, at 6pm. 30mins after finishing a Virgin Daiquiri drink that barman Steyn made, I was violently ill. Vomiting, uncontrolled bowel movements, blurred vision and difficulty breathing. I was rushed to the hospital, and spent the night vomiting until 3am. My ribs took 2 weeks to heal from the bruising, caused by the pressure of vomiting. It is your responsibility as the owner, to ensure the drinks you provide your paying customers, are safe to consume. The ER doctor stated I looked like a typical eyedrops victim - eyes dilated, vomiting, etc, which would not show up in blood/urine tests. Doctor's report concluded cause of symptoms: emetics: "a medicine or other substance which causes vomiting." Food: 1 Service: 1

Visited Brew Lounge today and I will definitely be returning. The Cheezy Mozzroom burger with a homemade patti that I had was delicious and the service was good. I even took a takeaway pizza for a late night snack and I was not disappointed. Update (6 Mar 22): I tried the tapas yesterday and everything was delicious. So, our Entertainer app led us here for the burger special. First impressions were not bad. Small and cozy - two table seatings inside, a couch area and big screen music Outside a couple of wooden benches for summer seating. The burgers.... at R115 a burger with only chips and no onion rings, I expected something awesome. Well, buns were stale, patties looked more like processed meat than the real thing, and we were never asked how we want them done. Came somewhere between well done and "good hell please never again". No wine on the menu, although 2 potential lovers on the couch sparring at one another drank wine. Good place if you wish to hide out with your "skelmpie" but nothing more. The slot machine area was loud and irritating, and although we were offered to have the door closed, the poor sod gambling in there would have died of smoke inhalation.
