My experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. We tried the Beef Salai Thai Basil Aglio Olio and Nasi Kambing Bakar Gula Apong. The nasi kambing was passable, but the aglio olio was disappointingly bland and looked nothing like the menu depiction. Portion sizes were inconsistent. The nasi kambing was generous, but the aglio olio lacked value for its RM22 price, with meagre beef pieces. The outdoor setting was alright. Just note that there will be insects and mosquitoes due to nearby bushes and trees. On a positive note, staff were friendly. Looking for place to do function or just have lunch or dinner... Looking for nice food local asian or western... Looking for restaurant with a good service.. Looking for restaurant easy to get parking... Yessss... Best place is Bonfire at Serapi Garden. I do my daughter reception /anniversary at this restaurant. From beginning the person in charge always easy & helpful. We happy with the food & service. Most of my family members wanted to go again 😊 because they like the platter set. I had dinner at Bonfire at Serapi Garden which is located behind Hartz Chicken, Jalan Satok. The place isn't hard to find but to get there requires some twists and turns. The parking space is not too much but also not too little, parking spaces around the area is also available. The place has a rustic vibe to it with cement floors, wooden and metallic tables and chairs with simple but true to the aesthetic deco. The amount of dishes available is decent, apropo of a western-focused place while also having local favourites dishes. The price range is quite high which also includes the beverages. I ordered the Cheezy Chicken Chop, Nasi Kambing Bakar Gula Apong and Bonfire Fried Rice. The cheezy chicken chop was okay but honestly tasted slightly bland. The Nasi Kambing Bakar Gula Apong, as mentioned in the name is marinated/cooked with gula apong but I didn't taste it as much. The lamb also majorly had fatty parts to it which was difficult to swallow. The Bonfire Fried Rice had a smoked, peppery taste to it to the point I couldn't enjoy it and the smokey/spicy taste lingered. That was only what I could taste. Don't order the tomahawk steak (RM320). The restaurant took 1.5 hours to prepare the steak (there were only 2 other tables today) and when it came out, half of it was partially raw, see photo (we ordered medium) and the other half was overcooked (super well done). We sent back the rare portion and the chef cooked it to medium. However the staff are really friendly and attentive. They apologised for the delay and gave us free drinks, and also apologised about the raw parts of the steak. ordered salmon,fish and chips and cheese chicken chop.i love how the chicken chop taste, the portion for salmon is just nice but the sauce that they serve with it taste kind of blend.fish and chip is just ok(and mybe need improvement especially on their foodtaste) Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Would've gave it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the salty fries in every dishes that my family and I ordered. Overall, a nice spacious restaurant with a great ambience and great food. Portion was great and everything is reasonably priced. Recommended! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Cozy and nice place for reunion with friends and family members. Foods are worth it and affordable. Chicken and lamb chop great, must try. Other menus can go thru the photos. Got 'Surau' on the 2nd floor, even it's quite pack landscape and building design but still got room to improve. Just located behind Chicken Hartz Satok. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Hidden behind shops at Satok, this off-the-grid converted house with a nice garden offers a good locale for wholesome Malay cuisine. Tastefully decorated patio type of seating makes one forget you're just a step away from the bustle of the city. Good food, good ambience, friendly service ... nothing you can ask for more!

Grilled fishes; pomfret and stingray are great. Sambal sauce is good. However, the white rice is quite hard. Cheesecake and brownies tastes good but, the texture are firm and hard not moist and smooth.
