The front counter lady was very nice. The food is good. My husband told another employee (manager?) they were out of self-serve regular coffee. She said okay. No one came out for a while. He went back up and told the front counter lady. As he was saying he's sure they are busy, the 'manager' said, "I'm busy." The front counter lady apologized, took his cup, and filled it with coffee behind the counter. As we left, my husband went up to apologize to the 'manager'. She didn't look at him to acknowledge he was speaking to her.. She said okay. This doesn’t make any sense, and it not worth it to go back up there. This place sucks. Whoever made this should be fired. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Food: 1

Ordered my food prior to going to the restaurant. They didn't make it by the time I've reached there. But the supervisor was very pleasing and did my order on priority. Overall good experience. I ordered curbside pickup on the app and parked in the designated parking spots. I clicked the “I’m here” button and proceeded to wait for. 15 minutes on my food. I also called the store a few times about 10 minutes after arriving. I eventually walked inside and told the workers that I had been waiting on curbside pickup and I was calling the phones. The employees had the phones turned off and my food was sitting there cold. On top of that I was missing food out of my bag and had to get them to give it to me. I have ordered from this bojangles multiple times in hopes that maybe the service would be good and nothing would go wrong… but every single time I go there something goes wrong. So I will not be back. I’m tired of the workers not caring about anything or anybody and I’m tired of it ruining that portion of my day and making me feel like I wasted my time. if you want raw chicken, this is the place! we waited 40+ minutes for food that we ordered online, and this is what we received. The employees at this location have a complete disregard for your food. I come here bc I live just a few minutes but I'd much rather drive to a different location. The employees here either get your order wrong or they give you your food in such a sloppy way, hence I included pictures of how I got my gracy biscuit today. They were tossed in a bag so the gravy and biscuits all ran to one side on top of that I had to clean up my table bc gravy was all over and it wasn't even warm and some gravy ran out into the bag. Also, when I've asked for something extra or large, they charge you but don't put it in your bag. The complaints are endless. Needless to say I never have a good experience here anymore. If Hardees served biscuits all day, it would put Bojangles out of business. It's bojangles, the employees are like any other employees; some bad, some great. The food is mediocre but that is definitely not limited to this location only. Check your bag! It's like a little game, each time we check the bag, there's still something wrong. Are we going to be missing something? Did they charge us for egg and cheese that we didn't get? Lady at the window didn't even know what we had. But once we clarified again, she found the order and gave us the wrong biscuit, with the gravy biscuit sideways spilling into the whole bag. I usually have a good experience here but this time wasn’t the case. We ordered at the window and clearly stated we wanted a breast and leg with our combo and a large Mountain Dew no ice, even repeated it, but once we got to the window they proceeded to give us a medium drink and Breast and wing.. not a big deal it was fixed tho the person at the window did have a slight attitude and tried to tell us we didn’t order that when we did. And to top it off I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and the chicken strips weren’t even strips, more like nuggets and the fries were hard like they were off the bottom of the pan and slightly old. I mean if your running low on chicken please tell us instead of giving us these kinds of portions. The pie that we received was also hard like it had been sitting there for a while or cooked too long. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered at all….just a poor experience all around and makes me not want to go back.
