I go here a lot but today I was disappointed. Their breakfast is always good but for some reason their lunch/dinner is always off. I went to get two dinners a breast dinner with two sides and a biscuit. And a leg and thigh dinner with two sides and a biscuit..the breast and both biscuits were burnt. Disclaimer: I ONLY leave reviews for exceptionally well or exceptionally terrible experiences. That being said I want to highlight SHANELL who was working the drive thru this morning. Somehow amidst the exchange of my order my bag of food fell on the ground. She quickly apologized and after making sure none of the food was compromised she replaced my food bag because she noticed the bag was a little dirty after the fall. Seems simple but to go above and beyond for an accident that wasn’t even her fault made me feel valued as not only a customer, but a human being. I was getting off of a tough 3rd shift so that act of kindness really made my day! Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 5

I use to go this location regularly I stop going because every time I go I have a issue I asked for a 3 piece dark meal with all legs they keep making up excuses why they can't do it I was told it's depends on what manager is working some might do it some don't i just go alone with what they tell me to do this job don't pay me this much to bends the rules the employees and some of the managers are very rude they need to work on they customer service skills I came to this location three days ago spent 31.00 and the service sucks I got treated like I was a nobody

I ordered in the app at this location. It gave me the choice to come in or park. I chose park as uncle to come in from recent surgery. It said my order would be ready in 5-7 min. I was there in 7. I parked & tapped I'm here. After 22 min, I called in the store. A lady answered and asked did I say I was there in the app . I told her I did. She couldn't find my order but then someone in the background said they had made. She assured me it had been under heat lamps and was fine. Then instead of bringing it out, she asked me to drive around again and go through the drive through. Once, I got home the other wrong she lukewarm. We ordered 2 legs & thigh. The was only 1 of each. I ordered the breast/ wing. Did not get the wing but I think maybe it was the back or thigh (not sure) the chicken was a good temp but very very dry. Rice was dry/ lukewarm. Biscuits were lukewarm. We had checked the box in app for unseasoned fries.. They we not only seasoned but almost cold and tough. I called back up there and they did say I could come back and they would fix it , but after spending so much time trying to get it..much less having to spend more time and gas money decided to wait and talk to the manager tomorrow. This was the worst experience ever at any location. It was also 5 ( when they were supposed to have it ready). There was no other cars there so not busy. Food: 2 Service: 1

The last 3 times I’ve gone here I order then they have me pull up and they just hangout in the dinning area and don’t even get my food ready.
