I went here the other day and my oh my thing is good. The food came out quick fast and almost instantaneous. I had the good ole’ yummy Cajun chicken. And it wasn’t like cold it was warm fresh and all goodness. You can bet I’m coming here again. I have high hopes that my belly will be filled with all its deliciousness. Unfortunately my Sunday morning drive-thru experience was not fantastic. The staff was trying their best, but you can tell that management and ownership is doing the bare minimum. After a pretty unpleasant drive-thru experience (half the menu unavailable before 10 AM), I returned home to find cold and undercooked potatoes. I stopped by here last night, they must have a new manager and crew. There were only 5 employees working, but the service was on point. It was very busy, but the crew was fast and friendly. Not a single person had ear pods in or have a phone out, and they were working together effectively to get orders out in a timely manner. I will be back. I order the #4 breakfast egg and cheese biscuit it took 15 minutes to get my food and it was cold and disgusting on top of that the worker had an attitude like she didn’t want to work or even serve me. I am a frequent customer at this location and in the beginning when it opened it was great. Gradually it has gotten really bad. Something as simple as a breakfast biscuit (sausage and egg) is what I always order has deteriorated to a biscuit as hard as a hockey puck and the egg looks like and taste like it was cooked yesterday. Also, the price keeps increasing and the product is declining. Too many places to go to that serves breakfast to tolerate such terrible product. Constantly not open during their own declared hours of operation. This was like the 4th time I’ve drove 4-5 miles or of my way to get breakfast on the way to work and me be at the drive thru at 5:40am and NOBODY responding or operating the window. Their hours say they open at 5am but i guess their employees wake up at 5 same get to work whenever they feel like it. It also doesn’t matter how many meals you order, they’re making you pay for each sauce unless you get boxed tenders specifically. Supremely SUB PAR management Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The took our orders for the six of us and gave us one meal. They were more concerned about giving customers after us their meals they ordered.They were great to take your money and leave us hung out to dry. They forgot the sauces, sweet potato pie and were absolutely clueless about everything. If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible customer service by the staff.
