I love how I can place a order using the Bojangles app 20minits before I arrive at the restaurant.... and when I get there I still have to wait in line 20 more minutes before they even start making my order. What is the purpose!!! The rude employees here need to be fired and new ones hired. This place is ran like a total joke. Be professional. This place needs help bad. DO NOT STOP A THE NORTH NEW HOPE BOJANGLES!! on monday I ordered two steak biscuit ,Cajun pinto and dirty rice, I normally check my order but didn't. When I get home settle down got ready to eat this is what I got mac and cheese and A hard plain biscuit. This place is terrible They do this on purpose all the time. The following Sunday night I ordered two steak biscuits Cajun pintos and dirty rice and of course they always say they're out of pintos. They tell me my wait time would be 5 minutes because they had to cook the steak biscuits. I waited 30 minutes backed up to the window three times and when they gave me my order they only gave me two biscuits and I had to wait another 12 minutes. When I got home everything was cold like it sit there the whole 40 something minutes!! And my supposed to be sweet tea was unsweet like every time!!!! This store is terrible They are all rude!!! except one older lady She is nice. It was about 7pm on both nights They had the same manager in charge every time I ask her her name she would cover up her name tag and would not tell me. DO NOT STOP AT THE NORTH NEW HOPE BOJANGLES!!!!, It's like this all the time!! this store needs to be shut down or hire all new people because it's terrible!! I tried going thru drive thru first, I sat there nobody ever said anything to me so I went inside. I got a number 14. Two pc white meal no drink with fries and rice. The chicken and fries were good but the rice was mushy like it was over cooked and really watery. It wasn’t even seasoned right. Someone may have been new. I really don’t know. Ive never have a good experience here and this is the first time I’ve left a review and the last time I ever come to this location again. I’ll go to the Dallas location. Stopped her twice in the last 3 weeks after a event for my son. Both times I drove off very unhappy. The first was as I waited in the drive through and the other lane had 3 cars order and I was told it would be just min. Today drove through was in the middle of placing my order and was told to just drove around to the 2nd window. I ordered a two piece and my son wanted just 2 legs. When I get to the window pay and get my food it's just the 2 piece meal. When I asked about the two extra legs she said she must have miss understand and give me 2 legs in my meal. I said well can you just add them now and I will pay. She told me she could not and I would have to drive around and order it. I will not go back no matter how convenient it is. My experience was not that good the food was mediocre at best I got 2 chicken sandwiches which I took one bite out of both I'm pretty sure my spicy one was frozen then fried in there batter as you can see from the picture the spicy part is inside and not part of their so called homemade batter. and on top of everything they even forgot some of my order and made me feel like I was cattle not a customer. For such a new establishment I think they can do much better. But until improvements are made I will not be returning to this eatery. Make sure you hit that thumbs up if this helped you BE WARNED THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR CARD I had to cancel my credit card 10/12/23

They have just built this one, and no matter what time I try to go(lunch or dinner) I always get “we don’t have any chicken” a whole chicken restaurant never seeming to have any chicken?! And the times they are willing to take an order, all they say they have are selects. KFC is right next door and they have chicken. You either have a big supply issue or employees who don’t want to work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I know that there may be times when we ALL fall short but today was awful at this site and I know that everyone else in this store felt the same. People had been waiting for there orders only to be told that they were out, people with their receipts waiting for orders and people waiting to place orders. Some people even walked in to just turn around and leave. It seemed like the ONLY thing that was moving was the drive through. It’s a beautiful new facility BUT… it needs to be on point when it comes to customer service. The attitude displayed didn’t help the situation any either. This is just the truth. Brand new or at least I think it was. Largest kitchen area I have ever seen in a Bojangles. The drive thru was packed so I went inside. Small dining area, clean restrooms and a BISCUIT WINDOW. Everything was hot , fresh with good portions sides. Even the bathroom was clean , floor behind the register clean too. Two breasts dinner, with mix beans and rice beans a large Mt Dew 😋 sit in enjoy the atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not bad for a Bojangles. Like... the food was delicious as usual. The ladies working were friendly. It wasn't super clean inside but not terrrrible. My only complaint was how painfully slow it was.
