I recently visited Blackpool Coffee Bungalow in Nuwara Eliya and had a fantastic experience learning about ethical coffee production. The owner, Asitha, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and taught us everything we needed to know about the coffee-making process. I appreciated the emphasis on ethical coffee, and it was great to see firsthand the care and attention that goes into producing high-quality coffee beans. The highlight of my visit was definitely the freshly brewed coffee. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water, and the taste did not disappoint. It was hands down some of the best coffee I've ever had. Overall, I highly recommend Blackpool Coffee Bungalow to anyone interested in learning about ethical coffee production and trying some delicious coffee. Asitha and his team were welcoming, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Nuwara Eliya.

It was an unexpected fortune to discover Blackpool Coffee Bungalow in Sri Lanka, which was known as the country of tea. The moment we smelled the fresh roasted coffee aroma, we were intoxicated with the new flavor. Arrived by tuk-tuk from downtown Nuwara Eliya was running a coffee farm, and Asitha, who had a charming appearance, gave a briefing about the history of Sri Lanka coffee, types of coffee, and the unique taste of this shop, so it felt like a tour of a new restaurant. Amaging, even deliver... Coffee here in Nuwara Eliya has become a new source of energy for us, exhausted from the heavy rain and cold. See you soon.

Wow, what can I say! I'm changing my career and the universe brought me to this place to meet such a special guy. Asitha is so knowledgeable, passionate and interesting. He took so much time out of his day to explain so much about the growing and processing of coffee, it's clear he has a mission and will achieve it. Thank you so much Asitha I'm grateful to have met you and I recommend anyone to visit, especially if you are a coffee person. Thank you

We visited Blackpool coffee thinking we would just pop in for a coffee but we ended up spending 2 hours here learning about the coffee process, trying different types of coffee. Would highly recommend if you love coffee. If you arrive an no one is there, you can call Asitha and he will come and meet you to serve and talk about the coffee. Phone number attached on the photos :)
Best coffee experience with the best flavors and knowledge. Visit recommended to all global coffee lovers.
We were having a cup of delicious Capuccino at '' Cafe Noshers'' in Nuwara Eliya. Coffe felt really fresh so we asked owner if this is an Sri Lankan coffee. He recommend us to go & get the tour about Sri Lankan coffee at Blackpool Coffee. So we did. And this tour was a big & exiting surprise for us. Founder - Mr. Asitha was extremely informative & provided tons of super interesting information about Sri Lankan Coffe, Coffe in general & even about history of all Nuwara Eliya region. We spent there around 3 hours, but it felt like 30min. Highly recommend! ☕
