Very upset with the way the shift manager handle the problem with my refund or remake! My sub was made incorrectly and no one apologized for the inconvenience of leaving a topping completely off. And the way the phone call was ended was a joke just a click. No "I'm sorry" for the inconvenience or here let me take care of that. She she "you can come back and get your .50 cent tomatoes or I can give you 2 dollar for next time" Sorry but after spend $17.00 on one sub that only has very minimal meat and little lettuce. Literally not even 2 pieces of meat for a fourth of the sandwich. I had asked for at least a refund or remake of half of the 18inch sub and she couldn't even do that. Trust me im never the one to especially since I am a business owner and understand what customer service is truly like. But i couldnt get over the way i got treated. I ordered a Taco Pizza and a few other items. Got the pizza home and it had nothing on top of it! Just meat and cheese! No lettuce no tomato no salsa. I would assume that one of the two different kinds of cheese would be also on the top of the pizza with lettuce and tomatoes, but mine had none. I've never had a Taco Pizza from there before so I'm not certain if the cheese should be on top or not. I called as soon as I opened the box and she asked if I wanted her to make a new one! Well I would have loved her to do so, but I'm supposed to drive back there and let the rest of my food get cold? So she told me, "I'll put your name in the book for next time!" I can't tell you how much I hate that!! I guarantee you I'll never go there and say, "Yes, my name should be in the book for a free Taco Pizza." I feel like I'm doing something wrong by doing that! Like I'm scamming for free food! I guess I should have stuck to what I normally get there! Amazing food! The pizza had plentiful cheese on it and the sauce stayed warm throughout the whole meal. Very flavorful. Their grinders are also the best in the area! Filled well with toppings and a nice toasty bread. Shoutout to the chica with the nose rings, she was wonderful. The other gentleman, we dealt with was kind of a jerkasaurus rex. Still an amazing pizza place! My favorite in the area!

I ordered it for 7:15pm. 7:15pm rolls around, "itll be 10 more minutes". I was sitting there until 7:31pm. For the prices you'd think you would have it more together but I guess not. Will probably never get Bellacinos again. I have to wait until past 7pm every time because they're closed between 4 and 6:30 or something (very dumb to close when dinner time starts) this time it was past 7:30 for 2 pizzas and bread. And no, they were not busy. They were dead. I did get my pizza, late, with no apology, no refund. The pizza is good but not good enough to deal with rudeness. Curbside pick up, no inside pick up. No worries though because their meatball mushroom pizza was hot and delicious! We had spent a cold windy day at the beach and were driving back to Lansing. We pulled into the parking lot, called in our order and in 20 minutes they brought it out to our vehicle. My sister ordered a Taco pizza 🍕 and loved it. She did wish that they offered a side of salsa. Plus she enjoyed her Greek side salad. She said it was very fresh.

My family and I spent a reunion together in the area and we ordered A LOT of pizza, we all fought over the leftovers all weekend, delicious! I bet the grinders are phenomenal! The breadsticks are, ‘meh’ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This pizzeria is a hidden gem. The pizza is great. It has a mildly but not overly sweet sauce. All of the toppings gs are fresh. We sat in the small but quaint dining area and waited for the pizza we ordered. We even purchased a loaf of bread that they use for their grinders before we left.
