The service was excellent and the food really surprised me, I dined in lots of Michelin star restaurant and this food blew my mind, I was not expecting this level of quality, everything was just perfect I have not a single remark. Also very relaxing view over the park and the jazzy music on the background makes the whole experience even better.

The food was excellent and didn't take long to appear (despite the warning on the very first page of the menu). The decor and location are also top notch, and set the base for what could be a packed, popular place. Where things collapse is the service, or rather almost complete lack of it. It's as if the people working there either aren't properly trained or want to sabotage the place and deliver a certain finger gesture to the owner. There were so many things that went wrong, but the worst one is simply the overall lack of attention and friendliness to the customers - I can forgive minor (and sometimes major) technical mistakes but not this. And if I were the chef working in the kitchen doing those nice dishes, I'd be furious with the staff for wasting my work this way. Date and time of dining: Aug 20 2022, 16:00

Very elegant and excellent food! Best pizza and bismark ever! : ) Live piano music on the weekend. The place to be!

Food is good nothing special, good coffee. But service is not good especially for the place that looks fancy. We ordered one pizza to share, few glasses of wine, coffee and water. Nobody brought us water. Instead of pizza with shrimps we got one salad with shrimps and pizza with shrimps but without tomato sauce. They apologized, that is fine. But fun thing we didn’t order the salad, the salad wasn’t in the menu even. The price for salad was the same as pizza. And in the end we paid no problem, but this called bad service

I am torn between 5 stars and 1 stars. Trashy chic place. The owner‘s Rolls Royce is parked outside the bar. Everything looks fake but probably was expensive. All fine till the drinks arrived. The Espresso Martini was watery thin and the Pinot Noir sweet.

I fully understand this is not a place for families with kids, but if you are open at lunch time in a touristy area expect that families will come. We came in with our 16 month old kid, and after we ordered, our kid was walking around with grandma and wanted to grab a kid bicycle which was in a corner in the restaurant. We were the only customers at all, so no chance he could disturb anyone. Grandma was already bringing him away and telling him to leave it, when the very well dressed and incredibly rude waiter brutally took the bike away from him saying something like “don’t touch the bike this is not the playground“, making him cry very badly. It was really rude - in a way I’ve never seen anyone referring to a 16-month old. We obviously left right away. Shame on you, you clearly picked the wrong job if you hate kids, or you should put a sign on the door “we hate kids, they are not welcomed here”.
