Terrible service. The two guys working would rather sit and talk/do side work with customers waiting on them. One hid in the back the whole time. I asked for recess and he served it out of a tub outside of the freezers half melted! When he scooped it out it flew through the air off his hand and into the cup. Terrible. He was making a mess and had ice cream all over his hands and shirt. Terrible. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Store was clean, gentleman who was holding down the store was great and patient with a full store of people and most importantly is my shake was delicious!

Great service. Staff friendly and attentive. Perhaps one more person working would be helpful, otherwise the 2 staff present did their jobs well and had everyone through the line in short order even the rude customers.

We drove all the way from Taylorsville. The other location was closed so we found this one on maps. I don’t ever write reviews but felt the need. The workers were teenagers who seemed out out. They had no waffle cones. So gave us cake cones, okay no big deal. The chocolate ice cream was so melted they had to put it in a bowl too. Once we got out to the car the cones were so stale they were barely edible. And then in my husbands come he found two long black hairs embedded down into the ice cream cone. I’ve never been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life. They won’t be in business much longer with these things going on.
