Many visitors come to try good sundaes and nicely cooked chocolate custard. Great chocolate frappe is served at Baskin-Robbins. The nice staff welcomes guests all year round. Enjoyable service is something that people note in their comments. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

We just went through the drive through here in Tupelo. Not only did we wait 15 minutes, when we paid my ice cream was melted and my husband's shake was chocolate milk. The person who waited on us had a really bad attitude. He went to get another shake and came back to tell us the ice cream was hard to scoop so it was taking a long time. And they were really busy. He eventually brought back the same melted shake. No wonder this franchise is going out of business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am not sure what it wrong with Baskin Robbins in the past 10 years but it has gotten progressively and progressively worse. My ice cream just tasted of absolutely NO FLAVOR. It tasted as if it had been melted and refrozen. Horrible…the service was fast, but the ice cream was disgusting.

This is the better Baskin-Robbins in Tupelo. But the dinning area is often closed. 4/5 times we’ve driven here, we ended up leaving because the inside was closed (drive thru only). The last time, they were open so we stopped. The service is okay, not as friendly as the other location. But this location is much cleaner.

The two young men working tonight were so sweet!! Always had a smile on their face and accommodated us perfectly!! They were on top of everything and were sure to make sure we were doing well!! Loved them!

Why post your hours of operation on the door if you lock the doors hours before you close? 8:49 pm and the doors were locked!

Went to baskin robins today. The girl at the window was not friendly at all, no greetings. Also, the order was not even placed when we arrived at the window. We had to park in the parking lot to wait for our milkshake, which was not long, one of the girls brought the milkshake out, it was NOT full at all. It was barely over half, she gave the milkshake and walked off without saying a word. I will definitely take my business elsewhere on west main. I gave 2 stars because the milk shake was good, but the employees were horrible!

Everytime we come to this location it's something negative like today we walked in and we wasn't evan address they acted as if we wasn't there we waited 10mins before we had to just walk out because they acted like they didn't see us other customers was fighting about why they refused to notice the 4 customers they had in the store including us the argument wasn't worth our time so we just walked out we do not recommend this place we will not be back. Need better employees and or training

Slow service, kid working is way too slow, walks everywhere and doesn’t clean what he uses and takes his time with everything. we’ve been here for ten minutes and three people have left due to the kid working. Horrible worker.

Good ice cream and sundaes. It's not Blue Bell, but it will do. I prefer their Banana Splits and Hot Fudge Sundaes though. It's always staffed by younger women and the last time I went they seemed more interested in what was being said online somewhere than working. They were very nice and courteous but as soon as we had our order, they went to the back and began loudly talking about personal matters.
