Tried to go have ice cream on a Friday night, google says store closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:10pm to find locked doors and wet floors. Hours on the door are an hour off from google. Please update or stay open later in the summer when its 110 outside all day 😭

I ordered my birthday cake from here in February. It was beautiful and so very delicious!! They did an excellent job! I ordered a larger "Box of Chocolates"Heart ❤ cake. White cake with Baseball Nut ice cream. It was delicious! 😋 My guests loved it❣ Thanks again!!

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. There is a large variety to choose from and you can sample them first to help you make up your mind. The ice cream cakes are wonderful and you can choose what you want from the freezer case. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the store is always clean with colorful happy decor.

My wife and I pulled up just before closing time. The 2 girls inside looked like they were cleaning up. One walked over and locked the door real quick as we approached. She clearly saw us, I tried the door, she walked away ignoring us. Stupid move, we wanted quarts to go. Won't be back.

Staff here is always great. The ice cream speaks for itself. Store is always clean and well lit. Love that it's next to Stator Brothers. I like to grab a cone before shopping, keeps me from buying a bunch of goodies I don't need.

On the 31st of each month, the company has a deal for $1.31 for a scoop of ice cream. Took the family last weekend for the deal, and didn't notice until later that they charged me $1.70 per scoop. I realize it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of it. Very deceiving employees overcharging customers and not following company policy. Will not return to this location, will stick to the Hesperia store from now on.

Great Ice cream, but customer service was unpleasant. She didn't say have a good day, or bye, she just was tired, bored and it made us in a bad mood. Please fix this. Get some happy workers!! I would go there more often!

Be careful when picking your ice cream here at this basket robbins i would recommend trying out the flavor 1st because my ice cream tasted grainy/sandy and I never had experience ice cream tasting like that! I called but they said they know they had many calls similar to mines. Wish they can fix the solution so people don’t have to experience what I taste and waste there money on something that’s not edible!

Don't go here!!!! ordered Oreo B-Day Cake for Evan. Picked up and at party I saw that it was not the correct cake and the name on it was to Dan, Returned and wanted the correct cake. All they would do is change the name and we were stuck with the cake they gave us. Would not return our $. Rude girl behind the counter and worse manager on the phone. I said that I wouldn't be returning to the store and she said, "Go ahead, no one cares"!!!!! So, I guess no one cares if they have good costumers.

The girl who took our order was nice but having a hard time hearing us. A male employee was defrosting half of the freezer space and was running some sort of vaccum system. VERY LOUD. I would think they would have delt with a maintence problem after closing, rather than when they had a bunch of customers there. Selection of ice cream not good, milk that should have been refrigerated sitting on the counter top.
