Worst customer service…. These kids obviously hate their job. There face expressions said it all. I asked a question, and she just rolled her eyes at me. Never coming here again. My toddler could of prepare a better banana split.

Smelled like fresh waffle cones when we walked in! The employee worked great with an awkward customer before we made our order. Our treats were great. The freezer was stocked well. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is that the facility is a little worn down in a few spots and could have been a little cleaner. I think it's mainly because this shop has been here forever. Would still come by for my treats!

The curly haired guy is the most rude and bitter person ever. The place is always dirty and he's always hiding in the back .. when he can can be cleaning . For how much money they charge , their customer service should be a priority. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in last night with a few of my girlfriends, two ladies in there surprisingly with some of the ice cream melting they got my chocolate shake out perfectly. Although it was so hot in there and you could definitely tell the heat was getting to that girls wish them good luck and hopefully the owner gets it together seems like an unsafe place to be in all day.

When we went here there was a blast of hot air flowing through the store. It was so hot, the ice cream looked like it was melting on the tops. Store was messy with dirty tables. Service was pretty good with good variety of ice cream choices. Ice cream tasted great.

Pretty disappointing to spend $5+ on a mint chocolate chip shake for it to be 90% milk and watery flavored. Had absolutely no thickness. The two people working had the looks on their faces, tone in their voices, and body language of "I don't want to be here and I hate my job". Either they need to train employees to have better customer service skills and attitudes while at work or they should quit.

worst customer service I've ever experienced. Seems like the 2 kids working there last night hated there job so much. Especially the curly haired guy im never going in if he's on the clock. Also didn't enjoy having a curly hair in my milkshake 🤢
