I have been to this place many times, and the service was just average until today. Sky helped us today and was kind, quick, and customer service-oriented. Thank you, Sky for the great service!
I ordered the Mangonada because a manager at my job brought over frozen desserts to a work area freezer. I talked to that manager prior to her shift starting and told her that BR has an item similar to the chamoy.
I love the many different ice creams they have and different toppings! They have different styles of cones and bowls. I would recommend coming here for summer break since their prices are cheap.
I ordered through door dash and tried to call them to ask if they can make my shake thick she then stated because it’s a delivery order it’s going to be a melted anyway which is not good customer service if a customer is asking for something simple it should be done when getting off the phone with her she said bye in a very condescending tone I would of respected her more if she just said I don’t want to remake it if it was already made but again I tried to call them before they made it but she did not have to be rude like that i normally never have a problem with this store either
I ordered an ice cream birthday cake for myself this year. We requested a special design, which cost an additional $6. When my mom picked it up, the wrong design was on the cake.
I get it - mistakes happen. That isn't even what bothers me. What bothers me is that no one in the store seemed to care that we hadn't even gotten what we paid for. My mom pointed out the mistake, and luckily she had her receipt and the order form to prove it. She then talked to the manager, who happened to be the same woman who'd taken the order in the first place, and the woman barely even acknowledged her at all. Apparently she didn't seem to care at all that the customer's order was wrong. Then, to make it even more unprofessional, my mom politely asked if we could get a discount, since after all, we paid extra for the design we didn't get. Reluctantly the manager gave her the $6 off for the design.
Again, the only thing annoying to me is the principle for this whole thing. I think businesses should care about whether or not their customers get what they pay for and that when they don't, they should make an effort to see that they're happy.
I bought a Father's Day ice cream cake it was horrible 🤮. It tasted old and it was pieces of cake checkered together rather than a cake layer and a ice cream layer. Way too pricey for a badly made cake, never again!
Just got a milkshake (May 7th, 9:45pm), and it's awesome - Not too thick, not soup, and the cookie dough bits weren't blended to oblivion. I didn't catch the name of the individual who made it, but they're on point!
Great spot but their spoon STINK. And I mean REALLY bad. I don’t even know how to describe the smell but we had to wait to get home to get a new spoon before my son would even touch his ice cream.
They were also out of the monster chocolates for the special monster ice cream so we had to get him a unicorn one. But he liked it so it wasn’t all bad.
Seriously tho y’all should throw out this batch of spoons 😂
I go to this place when I have a craving for ice cream only. Honesty, Baskin-Robbins is not my favorite ice cream store, but it's close to where I live. This place charges me different prices at time; and I always order the same thing! One scoop ice cream in a cup. I don't understand how they can charge me different prices...???
The classic 31 flavors are sometimes just so good! For anyone who doesn't do dairy, they currently have a strawberry streusel made with oatmilk that sounds delicious! Obviously because of Covid I didn't sample it, but I might try it next time. I got a double scoop with jamocha and gold medal ribbon, which was a perfect combo! Best friend got a mint chip shake and was in heaven. The only thing that's a bummer is that it's one of those that's inside Togo's. I like Togo's too, but ever since I was a kid I haven't been able to stand the smell of Togo's, and that goes doubly so when I'm getting dessert. But hey, BR can't help where they're located.
