Unacceptably bad ice cream —- first thought top scoop was freezer-burned, but second was bad (just not quite as bad as the first). Misrang my order(overcharge) and took awhile for them to figure out how to correct. Not the first time at this location. Apparently don’t know how to store the ice cream or train workers. Hope they can correct Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Still out of hot fudge and rocky road. They are always out of Ricky road a flavor baskin and ribbons made famous. How can an ice cream store always be out of their flavors and hot fudge for days at a time?

A poorly run store that seems to be out of the basics all the time. Tonight it was hot fudge! The response from an employee was unacceptable when I aired my complaint because this wasn't the first time I wasted my time by going to that location. She turned her head instead of listening to what I had to share. I was respectful and not one of these crazed people who complains about everything. I won't be returning. This location seems to be run by children who can't ensure that their location is stocked with basics. There are plenty of ice-cream and coffee shops in Huntington.

This place is the worst. They’re literally always out of stock on almost all the ice cream flavors. When we asked what flavors they do have after asking for the most basic flavors like cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, coffee, and cookies n cream their only response was vanilla... what good is an ice cream place without ice cream?

Hand delivered my sons ice cream cake in time for his 4th birthday party. The cake was damaged the previous evening coming from queens - where they make the custom cakes - and I thought we were doomed. Keep in mind Baskin Robbins is the only place that makes ice cream cake with the battered baked cake in the cake. (No one knows what this is here in NY but it’s a very popular cake down south) The store took care of it and showed concern and care to deliver the large cake. The product was great and I appreciated the customer service. Their ice cream is better than the other spots in the area (Huntington, Greenlawn, Northport). Service is good.

Hours have changed since the 'rona hit. NO LONGER 24HRS...new hours are 5AM-10PM everyday all week. FYI East Northport on larkfield rd. is still 24hrs. Service at this 25A location has been inconsistent, depends who you get. Came here on a snow day once and got an entire box of donuts on the house lol!

Went to drive thru, was told the “milkshake machine “ was down.. it’s called a blender but sure.. waited in the lot for 10min, went inside ordered a milkshake and no problem.. called the girl out they have 3 “milkshake machines”.. educated her on the English dictionary and left. What a loser place get your stuff together.

Showed up at 915 doors were locked says there open 24 hours employees just stared at a line of customers trying to get ice cream the parking lot was pitch black all the drive thru lights were off like they didn't wanna work luckily I seen the kid threw the window with drive thru headset on and went threw the drive thru he had an attitude like we were inconveniencing him

This Baskin Robbins always seems to never have ice cream... I would understand if it was once in a while but I go all the time and yet they NEVER have ice cream!!!!

Lazy workers never want to make shakes. Happened to me three times going to drive thru. They always say machine is broke lol.
