Service was great, think I came after peak hours so the wait wasn't long at all. Very nice staff despite occasional problematic working conditions- for example, one time the ac wasn't working and another time the fridge/freezer lost power...but I could tell they were trying their best to be accommodating 😅 I would recommend the gold medal ribbon ice cream 😋 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This is the absolute worst Baskin Robins. I Have gave them several opportunities over the last couple of months. I am done with this location. Over the couple months every time I go in they only have 6 or 7 flavors out 31 are you kidding me .Also they never have hot fudge they give you cheap chocolate syrup. This location is unbelievable they have a attitude on top that I am surprised that the corporate office hasn’t looked into this franchisee This place is absolutely unbelievable . I can’t see them being in business much longer

This location has some questionable procedures! I came here, After calling to confirm first, if they were able to make an ice cream sponge Bob cake. I was told on the phone yes. When I get there I'm instructed to talk to the"cake decorator" who couldn't show me ANY work she/ they've done in store instead she's showing me pinterest cakes off her phone! When I asked if the cake will look identical to the pictures (because these are public photos, not Baskin Robin/ her work) she explained these are just photos so she will TRY... She showed me about 4 pictures but explained she could only produce 1 because they only had the decisions for one cake, which was a clunky sponge Bob toy. After she insisted I get the one cake I DID NOT WANT I ended the conversion and kindly left with no cake. Went right down the road to Walmart and got the cake I wanted at half the price and hassle. The store was clean, easy to see from the road. There was a caucasian woman and black Male very helpful and polite, the other two employees not so much... Although I stay close to this location I will not be back.

Stopped by June 14th to give this place another shot. I was pleasantly surprised to see the coolers and freezer completely full as this had not been the case in quite a while. The employee was quite helpful in assisting me to find a specific ice-cream in the freezer and in offering me a sample of a similar flavor. I had almost given up on this store but I am happy to say they have improved to the high standard one would expect from Baskin Robbins.

Didn't realize it's a combo Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. Ordered a banana split, smaller selection of ice cream and toppings because it's a shared space. Also the worker clearly never made or seen a banana split in her life cause she poured what toppings they did have across the entire split like it was a hogs trough. It was also hot as Hades inside, my ice cream was melting beforehand I been made it to the door. Still gets two stars because it's still good ice cream but I'll go to a dedicated Baskin Robbins.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First the app wont let me use my card so i had to add money on a online card .... then it wont let me use it in check out.... so now i call and go in store and cant even get the cake because they dont have the ingredients!?!?!? How do you offer a cake online but it's not instore?! Also how does your phone not work??? Very poor customer service!

They have two freezers and only one working. Half of the ice cream flavors are not even in the one that works. Whenever I come in here they never have donuts, they never have a working blender. How in the hell are you still open for business. Take notes from the one in Plymouth and on Merriman Rd. Do better. Never coming back.

Got there about 8:30 on my daughters birthday, yes it was late… was a crazy day! Two younger girls where there and they had many lights off, to where I was bummed and thought they were closed at first but figured I’d try the door anyway. And it was open, go in, there is not one donut or muffin behind the counter and all the lights in that area were off. Seems they are trying to make it look closed and empty stuff before closing so they couldn’t LEAVe at closing, instead of then “closing” (doing all that kind of stuff) The cakes are so tiny for the price and they didn’t have one I loved so I just picked one that would do… then I asked her to write happy birthday and the one girl took it like ok and the girl from the side tells her no, so then she turns to me and tells me they don’t have the icing to write. So I left and got cake and ice cream across the street. Getting a small cake and an ice cream cake (all ice cream, frosted like a cake)… buying both do those were cheaper than the little one I was about to pay for here. I don’t blame people for starting to clean stuff they can to get out as fast as they can, afterrrrr they close, but not when you toss everything people want and I am side deny stuff if things are already washed.

Don't go here! Claim they couldn't make any shakes when I'm pretty sure they could!!! Also, eating while customers are checking out!! The young girl working there was more concerned about her phone ringing than actually serving customers!!!! Unprofessional at its finest!!!

This place didn't have hardly any ice cream on top of that the young girl who was waiting on me went to go and try and answer a cell phone that was ringing before handing me my ice cream like wth!! And she was eating popeyes fries while I was paying for my ice cream. They need the health department called on them!!!! Matter fact I'll be the one calling!!
