I stopped by this ice cream shop in Las Vegas recently to treat myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and clean interior of this Baskin-Robbins location. The ice cream was superb, and the service was fast and friendly. I'd definitely go back.

I am 5 months pregnant and it is a high risk pregnancy. Before pregnancy I was coming very often to your stores but now I can do once in a while. I never had a problem with anyone in a store, people are usually friendly, but today I came in and there was a woman (later claiming she is a manager) working, she didn’t even say hello she just stood there and I felt a pressure to choose mu one scoop as fast as I can. I chose one scoop asked politely for it she still didn’t say anything. She went to the register straight not asking if I would like anything else and said $5 and something. She gave me the smallest scoop ever but I didn’t complain since I can’t have a lot of sugar. Her face was so unfriendly I felt like I shouldn’t even come in a first place. I paid and turned around to leave when she said THANK YOU FOR TIP. This was the first time ever that I didn’t leave the tip at your store. She didn’t deserve it in any possible way. I cannot say enough about my experience with ordering through Baskin Robbins (southern highlands location) and particularly with working with Tiffanie!! I honestly thought I was going to be dealing with someone that was just there to “do their job” but I was pleasantly surprised by Tiffanie’s customer service plus her obvious enthusiasm for her cake decorating! As an artist myself, I could tell just how passion she was at her craft & the cake we received did not disappoint! I gave her full reign over the design & she did her magic! Thank you again Tiffanie & Baskin Robbins for making my daughter’s birthday perfect!

went here today for a quick scoop of ice cream in the heat, the customer service was excellent, the ice cream was delicious, I thought the flavor selection was excellent and vast, and also the prices were great and waffle bowl was only two bucks.... the one negative thing in the minus about this place today, outside the whole ice cream shop is basically shut down and they do not let you sit down and eat you have to take your ice cream out into the heat and eat it or try to drive it home before it melts, maybe we will come back in the fall when it's not too hot for that.

This place is poorly run. Go in an order something priced at $6.99 on the menu, register says $7.99, “oh we just raised our menu prices”…. Okay no big deal mistakes happen… go in literally 5 days later and menu says $7.99, register says $8.99. Same stupid excuse… do t even get me started on “inflation”… not to mention they always have 4-5 people working in there but only 1 person serving customer in the store… you can find one only doing online orders, and 2-3 always in the back doing dishes together so if there’s 3 people In front of you, have fun waiting. Everywhere is like this now, but this place stands out.

Told them Saturday that I need to pick up a custom cake for my son Monday around 12-3, called around 4 to pick it up for my sons party just for them to tell me that it won’t be ready till Tuesday after 9am because the cake decorator didn’t get to my sons cake. When I went to pick the cake up it was almost $20 more than what they quoted me on the phone. THIS BASKIN ROBBINS SUCK. My son didn’t get his cake till a day after his birthday and I paid more money than quoted.

This place has the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted in my life! The flavors aren’t just normal flavors, they have a bunch of unique flavors, like strawberry cheesecake, coconut pineapple, and so much more! But of course they have some of the originals too. Like chocolate and rocky road. I’d recommend going to any baskin robbins parlor!

Probably one of the Best BR I've been too. It may be brand new, but the staff is quite excited, so the customer service is even better! When I asked for a few extra quirky requests the guy didn't even bat his eyes and just added the request. Made the ice cream taste even better!
