Several of the ice cream tubs had melted and refrozen. Baseball nut was awful. It had a large white ice chunk. I got Chocolate Royals and tasted it and it had coconut in it. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong ice cream and they said it was Chocolate Royale. I said that kind doesn’t have coconut. The girl who scooped it said that’s it. I said do you have German Chocolate? Another girl said yes and then another more knowledgeable girl said yes and pulled the ice cream out and it was German Chocolate. I got another chocolate flavor, but not what I wanted. My husband’s baseball nut waffle cone was oval shaped and we thought that was strange. We left and the cone was stale and soft. They were out of spoons and offered us a fork or hot pink sample spoon . My chocolate ic was in a cup and needed a spoon. The girls were sweet and all this was probably the manger’s responsibility, but we won’t be back. Looks like all reviews are negative. Drove into town, pulled up into their drive-thru and waited 30 minutes for them to open per the sign on their drive-thru menu. The workers showed up five minutes late and told us they were closed even though the sign said they would be back open at 9 am.

I have come twice in the last two weeks, my first time ever trying to come here to get ice cream and they do not have chocolate ice cream. They do not have a sign anywhere stating this, and I am stuck behind three vehicles waiting to leave the drive-through, for the second time… No chocolate ice cream really. And the staff is quite rude about it also.

This place has lost our business multiple times to the point where I am done trying to come to this location. On multiple occasions the doors were locked and you could only order through drive-thru. I am not setup to be able to use a drive-thru in my vehicle and besides, who wants to try and choose from 31 flavors from the drive-thru. I will not be coming back here again.

I was in at the Basket and Robins side today. I was SO DISGUSTED!!! As we walked up to the counter there is a young boy crawling on the counter and hanging all over the ice cream window. Ohhhhh NO it was not a customers kid. A worker because he scooped them ice cream in huge bowls and they all walked to the back. ANNNNNNND OF COURSE the people behind the counter were laughing and standing around😡😡 This was my last ever coming here

This store always seems to have issues between using the wrong ice cream flavor on pre ordered ice cream cakes and now on DoorDash they let me place an order and then told the driver when he went to pick it up they it had to be ordered days in advance. Why is it on their doordash if it can’t be ordered? When he asked if they had literally ANYTHING to substitute it with they shrugged it off and told him to try ordering online. Absolutely worthless.

This is by far the most poorly run Baskin Robbins I have ever been to!!!! When it first opened it was ok for the first few months then went downhill quickly. Literally every time go there they are out of basic flavors of ice cream ( do you not know how to restock?) out of toppings, fudge is cold ( why would it not be heated if you are open for business?), the syrup (which is coffee) for Cappuccino Blasts is frozen? (again, why if you are open for business). These issues are not Covid related, they have been there since a few months after opening the place and they might as well just shut their doors or just be a DD because if you can't stock ice cream and the few items that go with it then what's the point is trying to sell it? It is a constant dissapointment trying to go to here with poor service, no product and their hours are even worse.....most people want ice cream for dessert and every time we have gone by in the last year they have been closed and light off by 5pm, don't be fooled by the hours because they don't keep them. Go to TCBY instead, great customer service and never had a problem getting any of their flavors or products any time we go. DON"T WAST YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
