We have eaten at this location a few times, and for the most part this location has done really well. The last time we were in there, it was apparent that they are having some issue keeping the place clean. The ice cream was good, the staff is great. They just need to keep everything cleaner.

We’ve been in here a few times. The staff seems friendly, the ice cream is good, and, unlike the other location in Tupelo, their dinning area is open. We’d noticed the building needed some TLC and the eves need to be cleaned, but the inside seemed okay. Until we ate inside for the first time. Sitting at one of the tables, we looked over and noticed the blinds were gross. Not simply dusty, but splatted with yellow, black, and brown chunks of something sticking to the slats and edges.

Matt is good at his job. He deserves a raise. Very hard worker and knows what he is doing. He was respectful and kind as well. Ice cream was great!

I understand that it’s hard to find good service employees however if you are hours are saying closing at 10 o’clock but your 3 employees working there start counting their registers at 9:45pm - perhaps you should have this corrected on your hours for social media, google, and all else. I’m just a simple man being sent on an errand for his wife and children to grab jamoca almond fudge. i was not expecting the mother of one your employees in a black Nissan running me off yelling that it’s closed, when the store hours on the wall blatantly say Fridays and Saturdays hours are till 10pm. Again I get that I am a Brown man and I look threatening because of my Muslim features but I’m harmless - I just wanted some jamoca almond fudge for my kids. Please correct your hours of operation so that google doesn’t send me your way. But I do appreciate that you accept Apple Pay.

The service was terrible, the little girl behind the counter dipped the wrong ice cream for my child. I told her the order was wrong, she said I dipped what she pointed at. If you want the other kind I will dip it and you can pay for it. Hey The manager even said she was rude, but never corrected her for being ugly to a customer. We will NOT be back!

Workers couldn't stop talking to each other long enough to make our order. Trying to rush me and my daughter so they could keep talking about everything under the sun. Workers are obnoxious and loud. Service sucks but food was good.

Because I only got one scoop and I ate it all but I paid for two more scoops and threw the rest away CC Hampton thank you for wasting my money

The website says it closes at 10pm. I went at 9:15pn. When I opened the door (that was still unlocked) they said they were closed. They need an adult or a supervisor instead of teenagers with bad attitudes.

Your location (Main St) on google says you are open till 10 on a Thursday. Your help had already turned off the warmers when we went in at 9:10 and told us they cloaenat 9:15....so they question is still why are you not prepared to serve customers until it's closing time? There is no excuse for poor customer service and you lost business tonight because of it. If you close at 9:15 make sure everywhere your hours are posted reflects that time. Keep your store functional UNTIL closing time.

I got a traditional banana split and two kid cups and I didn't have to wait long the two women there where very polite and friendly as we were leaving they said good bye to my kids and wished us a good day
