It’s a 50/50 visit, might be a good day or might not, there’s no customer consistency , there where flys in the store that where driving us crazy and couldn’t go to the outside tables that where full of bird mess, and I had to clean my own table, today wasn’t there day I guess

Horrible customer service from employees. My daughter and I arrived at 8:45pm for ice cream and doors were locked and employees ignored us at the door. I knocked and they yelled and said to go to the drive thru.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get ice cream about 3+ before they close and each time they tell me they’re out of ice cream before I even ask for a flavor. Not only was the woman speaking to me (not the red haired woman she has been polite) but it’s currently 6:27pm on Saturday and I was just spoke to as if I was t even a human being at all. She had an attitude and I will never go back to this location. I do NOT recommend

This is the worse Ice crème place ever! We arrived at 8:00 - 1 hour before closing time and front doors were locked. Very rude employees, no waffle cones, very few flavors and the place was filthy. When asked the number of the store and manager ( Barbara.) they looked like a pair of deer in the headlights. NEVER ever give this store business!!

The store suppose to close at 9 I arrived 30 minutes before 8:30 and they didn’t attend me. The doors were locked and the girl inside with pink hair didn’t even look at us. We knocked and she would ignore us. Extremely bad service I hope they close that place for good.

Hardly any ice cream to choose from, drinks didn't have any flavor. Tables and floors were sticky and dirty. Workers seemed like they didn't want to be there.

We stood there for approximately 10 minutes employees walked by us multiple times not once did they acknowledged we were there. They continued to take drive-thru orders while we waited. We finally asked and they said it was only a few of them (3). Once they decided to help us this employee with purple hair (Bc her name was not visible) started slamming things as if we were an inconvenience to her and kinda upset we didn’t leave the establishment. She also asked the other people there to leave because she could only help 3 people at a time. Nothing on the door mentioned this at all. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service this particular employee had.

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream , tasted like it had been defrosted and frozen again, it had little crystal ice like frost bitten. Chocolate Chip not crunchy at all. Very disappointed. Customer service drive thru is getting very slow. But I will not give up on them just yet. I just hope someone, like the manager sees this and steps up to make this store better again.

It said they close at 9pm but we got there at 7:30 and they are closed. The doors are locked and we saw one employee who ran to the back. We waited for someone to come to the front but no one did. Did they ran out of ice cream early?
