Barnes and noble will forever be one of my favorite places to visit. The bookworm and child in me feel so happy walking into this bookstore. It’s the perfect place to go browse on your own, or to go on dates with your partner or friends. I also love the sales they have from time to time!

I love this place, but they need to train their Cafe employees . I know they are young but they have terrible customer service skills. Also the older lady that worked there was coughing profusely while making food without washing her hands or sanitizing. She coughed then touched something then handed it to me… yuck. But overall I love the store and wish it was closer!

Love this place especially because it has a Starbucks right inside where you can sit do work and enjoy your coffee. They have a very friendly environment and a lot of room to sit. Barnes & noble has a variety of books, music and board games. I was extremely satisfied seeing the variety they had for all ages and how organized they were. I definitely write this place a 10 out of 10. I’ll be coming back again.

This place is very special to me. This was mine and my kids refuge when I left an abusive relationship. My therapist recommended some books for us to read and we came here to purchase them. The people who work here are so kind and very helpful and they didn’t pry at all in my personal business because I was still very raw . But all in all this place gives me peace of mind and any time I feel the need to reset my mindset I come here ♥️. So thank you Barnes and noble for just existing you’ve helped me thru the most difficult years of my life .

Worst customer service. Tried to order an iced black tea and was rudely told they ran out, sorry but it’s tea, you can make more very easily. I was told she didn’t have the time to, even though there was hardly anybody there. So I order an iced coffee and that was also made wrong and got attitude when I asked them to correct it. Along with muttering u see breath a nice little obscene comment. Either get new employees or close up Not only was the cafe rude but as me and my 3 yr old were shopping, I notice an employee to the side whispering and commenting on my daughter who’s in the children’s section having a good time looking at books. As I get closer I hear the rude comments coming from her old mouth. I went from wanting to purchase about $50 in children’s books to walking g out with nothing!!! Btw she’s an older woman with strawberry blonde/ reddish hair with. Permanent scowl on her face, too busy gossiping to help customers, you need to be fired immediately cause you are an embarrassment to the company and I hope to catch you by yourself sometime

Great selection of books, toy section is really nice, stuffed animals, kids puppet area is super cute! Elf on the shelfs, books, and clothing are there! They have a really good Harry Potter section with Legos, toys, puzzles, swords, so many different options. Very nice experience!! I highly recommend to any kid. A Starbucks is inside and very nice also! Great selections!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. While you can find books cheaper online at times we still shop here, albeit not all the time, to try and support our local brick and mortar store. While other places online might be cheaper, when you need a book now because your child forgot to tell you about the report they needed to write, no other place beats Barnes & Noble!

There is so much to see and explore. Nevertheless, the staff is not very friendly and when asked to help they are reluctant. It doesn't feel inviting or welcoming at all.

I got a couple B&N I like to visit, this is for sure my number 1 choice. Always well stocked, clean, and all their employees are always polite and helpful.
