Rude old lady named Dudu with black spectacles. No name tag. They lady literally after me if I was the Uber driver and I responded No. she then proceeded to rudely wave her head saying “this one doesn’t know what he wants” I didn’t have a chance to speak or even greet. This is the Barcelos shop. I am very disappointed. The Indian lady by the till heard everything and she said she will reprimand her but I know that won’t happen. I am extremely disappointed with the service at here at Barcelos inside this Arnhem garage. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Highly disappointed. Got a pamphlet from an Engen Barcelos that didn't specify any loyalty to Engen Barcelos for the "twin burger special" that specified "Monday to Sunday". When i entered this Barcelos on a Friday I waited around 20 minutes for the manager to contact headoffice only to be told the special was not on at that branch and i left because i can't support a franchise who can't get their advertisements in order. Felt like a cheap fool for simply asking for a advertised special.
