Good luck with your restaurant/Bar in Kabrousse/Mossor which is one of the worst villages in whole Senegal. Locals are poor and very lazy. Instead of working they ask people for money. So I hope you will find your customers from outside Kabrousse. The menu looks good. 1500 for a bottle of Gazelle is a fair price, but locals would never pay it. And good luck with the local Mafia, who call themselves "Jeunesse de Kabrousse/Mossor". Once you start to earn money they will come and force you to pay them, otherwise they will close your business in "Cooperation" of the "Gendarmerie". Thats all our experience over there. We stopped all our investments in Senegal after these nightmares. I hope you will have more luck.
