We stayed at Bandipur Guest House for 4 nights and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is just perfect as well. Food in the restaurant was tasty but that was my only time in 30 days of traveling Nepal where they didn't give a Dhal Bhat refill. Also the portion of fried rice was so small that we needed to go out for a second dinner in the town center.

I stayed here with 2 friends in Late April of 2019, and had a great experience! The family that runs the guesthouse is extremely friendly and hospitable, and the guesthouse is comfortable and clean. There is an excellent view from the roof, although it is particularly obscured by low hanging fog in the monsoon season. While we were staying at the guesthouse, there was also talk of installing a projector on the roof in order to have movie nights, which would be AWESOME.||||All in all an excellent experience :)

Basic rooms, but seemed clean and very cheap. We had a room with shared bathroom which was ok. Shower is outside, you have to go down a few floors and out through the kitchen to a kind of out house. Lovely view from our window. Only downside was a HUGE spider we found in our room! ||Great breakfast, and dinner was nice too. Good location just tucked off the main pedestrianised street on Bandipur.
I was here having some hot drinks like hot Lemon and ginger, hot coffee and ate fried rice... The seats were so comfy and I even fell asleep 🤣🤣 The food was good, so were the drinks. The staff was friendly and speaks good English. Atmosphere and decorations were amazing.
It was ambient and quiet.. The mentioned guest house stays a little inside the main market.. A little road heads to this beautiful guest house.. It's serene and quiet after reaching.. You could enjoy the bliss of nature with the views and greenery sorrounding the guest house.. You have to be careful at night as the way to the guest house is difficult to walk for two and at night lack of light will make it hard to walk. The owner has its own restaurant with his wife cooking the delicious food. I tried the other restaurant for dinner and was infested with cockroaches. I went back to the same restaurant. The lady is friendly and makes fresh food. It's clean and warm. Recommended..

The room was clean. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The staff is wonderful, now I have new friends in Bandipur. But the building needs improvements. The bathroom needs maintanance, as does the kitchen service. The building needs maintenance, because the lighting in the rooms is weak and there is no power outlet.

A budget guesthouse with friendly owners. There is nothing wrong with that. That sad it is one of the only good things about this guesthouse. ||It is for Nepalese standard not well maintained. Horrible beds. |Does Not come across as hygienic. ||But be honest you pay little so got to expect little. |I think there is better value for that money in bandipur.

Definitely don’t recommend anyone staying there!! Worst experience ever in Nepal!! No window in the bathroom, any tall ones can see through if they walk by. The seat of the toilet is broken. Most horribly, the owner is the worst person I’ve met in Nepal! When I answered him that I didn’t need a taxi going to another city, his smile changed to a poker face right away! He hid the check-out-time board and forced me to check out before 9am. When I went back for washroom later, I asked for some tissues. He told me tissues are out, I will have to buy a roll! If he didn’t force me to check out early, I could’ve used the washroom in my room with free papers!! When I found my own tissues in the bag, his face went poker again! He charged me 500rs when other lodges charged 400rs. He would keep asking you to buy his service, food and things, if you say no, he will give you the face!

If you want to escape the crowded main street and the bedbugs, this is a good option. We paid 600NPR for a double with no hot water...quite expensive considering the rooms totally lack charm. Even so,they are reasonably clean. Their reception/restaurant area is quite atmospheric...but I think their menu is slightly overpriced too...you can eat much cheaper in the village centre. Overall, its ok. In the down side, staff arent typically nepali friendly and rooms are very basic for the price. Its highlight is definately the rooftop terrace with great views.
Loved staying here. Quiet but still close to the bazaar, gorgeous view. The owners were so friendly. The hot water wasn’t working in my room during my stay but there was an extra shower downstairs available to use. Would stay here again
