Had a fabulous meal here tonight. Staff were great, really helpful and friendly. Food was tailored to your spice requirement ... no spice, mild / medium or hot and extra spice sauce given if required. Food was prepared fresh and service was quick. Great prices. It's a nice little place in Dambulla. The service was very welcoming and friendly and the food was simple but tasty. It's near the main street so a little bit loud and just a small drink selection (the basics water, coke are there) but it's better to drink water in this heat anyways;). I would eat here again. I ordered seafood Kotthu. The prawns were cut in small pieces with the shell included! I had to take each piece and peel it, otherwise it was obviously not nice to eat. I also ordered a tea without sugar and came extremely sweet. Not good service. I needed attentive staff, not smiley staff. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Highly recommend, we had the chicken kottu which was delicious, the price was very reasonable (1050 rupees) and the portions were big. The staff were incredibly friendly, they kindly brought us a fan as we were warm after walking when we arrived, without us asking for one. They also kindly let us know how much a Tuk Tuk should be to take us to our destination for the afternoon. Very simple restaurant inside and not big, but there were locals eating here too, which is always a good sign!
