Was looking for authentic local cuisine in Skardu and was then recommended Balti Cuisine. Had the traditional Baley soup and mamtu which was not like any other we have had. They serve at home and the hospitality and flavour was out of this world… delicious. Plus u get to experience the culture with the food which is the best bit. Highly recommended. I visited the last week Balti Cuisine Skardu resturent. I must say, it was an overall wonderful experience. The food quality was exceptional.The service was top-down notch as well. The staff was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I had a wonderful time and i would definitely consider visiting in the future.

Balti Cuisine in Skardu is a true culinary gem. Their Mamtu and Balay dishes are simply divine. The Mamtu was perfectly steamed, with a delightful meat filling, while the Balay showcased tender, expertly marinated meat. The flavors were outstanding, and the service was impeccable.
