Very nice place,clean and in order, friendly staff,affordable prices,delicious desserts nd amazing samosas. I will recommend this place to anyone. P.s my favourite is the strawberry cheesecake

I am so disgusted by the way this shop owners wife just treated me. I purchased some seats and as I waited in the line following the COVID rules a lady who wasn't observing the social distancing regulations was greeted and not me and the lady was so unfriendly that after my card transaction was done she threw my card on the counter and continued with her conversation with the other woman. Are they being prejudiced towards me because I'm not a Muslim yet this is how i was treated today on 31 may just after their holy month of Ramadan. Shes definitely contributed towards the positive view I had of Muslim people.

Deplorable service both in store and on call. The pricing is inconsistent in store. The rudness of the staff on telephonic calls leaves one feeling that this bakery undervalues potential clients. Will not recommend to anyone. There are other bakeries in the area that provide better service.

The lady/aunty at the till needs a wake up. No customer service nor a simple thank you. Not to mention the expensive pricing. Sad and highly disappointed. Frequent customer but it now stops here.

Beautiful atmosphere, a huge variety to choose from, caters for a healthier option too,... friendly and helpful staff and management, overall and excellent visit, will diffently be visiting again 👌
