I used be fan of their roasted chicken with very cheap price. The price of the chicken has gone up but I fully understand the economic situation which they might not be able to offer the same price anymore but... The chicken quality has also downgraded. I bought black paper chicken, unfortunately it was not marinated enough to get rid of the smell of chicken. This happened not only at this branch in Bangi. When eat the chicken, I can taste raw chicken. Cannot finish it. I hope they can do something with recipe. We are in Malaysian and we never run of good quality of spices that can be used to marinate any food in the world.

Customer service teruk (staff lelaki). Im staying around this area and selalu pergi this outlet. Everytime there this particular male staff always rude to customer. Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Newly opened outlet. No dine in yet (as at 13/11/2021). 20% on most cakes. Good deal on tasty chicken Friendly and helpful staff. Service Take out

I went to the outlet on saturday (5 nov 2022) to buy my lunch meal. The food was nice as always. But as someone who work in F&B industry for the past 15 years, i cannot accept when one of your staff not wearing a complete attire to serve the food. I saw one of your female staff was not wearing head cover to cover her hair. Not even a cap. And she was too busy walking here and there serving the food. Never saw her in this outlet before. Hence, she might be a new staff. This might be a small matter to you guys. But please take my feedback for improvement so that you can keep your outlet standard at the best level.
