Great Manouches,
I tried multiple ones and the highlights were the cheese pesto and the Kafta with toppings.

On my way to Jbeil, I was worried about the places that I would visit seeking food for all the places that I looked up on the internet web searches and social media are touristic places that only foreigners nowadays can afford. That is when I stopped searching and followed my gut that I would get lucky and find a few affordable places out there. After reaching Jbeil and exiting the bus, I walked down the stairs next to the road that would lead to the Old Souks. On my way down I stumbled upon a bakery called "Bake-In" and asked for the prices, surprisingly I was shocked for the prices were nothing compared to the ones I found online. I ordered a Keshek Manoushi for 40,000 L L and Half Cheese Half Thyme Manoushi for 35,000 L.L and the taste was incredible! The presntation was genuine and unique with the Manoushi served on wooden plates. The dough was thin and light on the stomach not disturbing at all. The taste of the Cheese was authentic and nothing like you could taste nowadays in most bakeries. The thyme as well was really good. When it comes to the Keshek Manoushi, the Keshek was great, finally real Keshek and not tomato and onion paste spread over the dough. One comment about the Keshek Manosuhi that I told the owner and he accepted it without any disturbance is that it needed a little more spread on it. Otherwise everything was great and it was the start of an adventurous day at Byblos, Jbeil.

A place owned by two passionate brothers.
Their food are amazing, they have a secret touch in every dish. All their recipes are crafted with love and passion!
You should definitely try their manakish and pizzas.
