One of the better breakfast restaurants we've had. The only negative is the size. We're a family of 5, so we need space. This place is small with only two larger tables. We made it work at a smaller table. No big deal, especially because we didn't have to wait. The food was so good, so fresh. Eggs fluffy. Pancakes so soft. The jalapeno cheese sausage was so good. Best English muffin I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and kept up w/ my husband's coffee which isn't easy. Overall a great experience. Came here for the first time yesterday and it was a solid breakfast! Just your typical American-style breakfast place with quiches of the day. My mom loved her ham quiche with a side of French toast. I got Bessie’s Biscuits and they were so good! I do have to say the fruit cup seemed a little old, the apples and oranges were wrinkly but that’s fine. Overall great breakfast place and our server was so nice! First visit to this place. This is a family owned business. The staff are very nice and they explain everything about the food and how it is made. We ordered the Rooftop with a side of fresh made salsa and biscuit. The Rooftop is a great breakfast choice. The salsa is fresh and delicious. The Biscuit was very light and cooked to perfection. We will be going back for Breakfast and Lunch soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is great, the staff is on point. The lighting is weird in there. It's just too bright, the fans are in front of the light bulbs, so there's a little strobe effect going on overhead. The atmosphere is off because of it. Solid breakfast and friendly folk if you don't look up. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Bacon’s has been open for 4 days and today we choose this breakfast join for our family breakfast. We are always nervous to try something new, but Bacons was absolutely delicious. Jennifer took excellent care of us. We started with orange juice, chocolate milk and a maple butter latte. My husband had an omelette with an English muffin, my daughter had the chocolate chip Mickey Mouse pancake, and I had the rooftop meal with sour dough. All weee absolutely fantastic. They were so good they not a bite was left on any plate on the table. We will definitely be back. Sorry for the half eaten pictures. I will try to get in touched food next time. Unplanned and awesome breakfast stop. Great scratch kitchen breakfast. I got smoked shoulder bacon which my attentive and friendly waitstaff Lorelei described as the "ribeye of bacon" -- perfect metaphor. It's like ham and bacon had a baby with about 75 percent bacon dna. Eggs and biscuit with gravy, coffee, all excellent. The country kitchen decor is long on livestock and light on Jesus, just as I prefer in an oasis among the theocracy state. Still, one plaque commanded that we "Count Your Blessings." My breakfast was indeed one. Experiences such as this make Texas shine. Highly and without any qualification recommend this place, for both food and service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We come up here a few times a month, and we always have wonderful service and food provided. Brenda does an amazing job taking initiative, multitasking and hustling like a true leader, and keeping up with the flow of the tables and floor! Kyle made a bomb latte since I need sugar free, they have multiple options. Izzy is great, too. She's always full of smiles, cheer, and hustle. This place was right by us so we wanted to check it out for lunch. When we arrived the place was really nice with all the little decorations. We sat down and were greeted immediately the staff was really nice and were swift with our orders. It took about 10 minutes for our food to arrive but it was worth it the BLT was amazing and fried okra was the best!
