The facility is really nice, with an outlet to the sea on the opposite side of the road. Large and clean rooms, great breakfasts. Lunch and dinner options at the in-house restaurant. The highlight, however, is the hospitality. You feel at home in this family environment where the owner remembers the names of all his guests. Although a bit far from the town of Kotor, it is worth it.

A superb place to stay with the most amazing view. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food cooked to order. A lovely family hotel and friendly, welcoming host. The location is perfect for walking along the waters edge into the old city of Kotor (about 45 mins walk). It is then a peaceful haven to come back to, enjoy a swim in the lagoon, a drink by the waters edge and then dinner.

This apartment is amazing, if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, look no further than here. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast/food is 10/10. The staff here are so very helpful and will do anything to accommodate your needs. You can tell this is a family run business & everyone staying here is immediately part of the family. Montenegro is a beautiful place, but staying somewhere like here had made the holiday 10000 times better. Thank you for the best stay, looking after us and making us feel at home. I will 100% be back, and would recommend staying here to anyone!

Firstly the setting is superb, the view from my balcony was amazing, and the setting for dinner in the restaurant was stunning.|Secondly the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.|Thirdly the room was lovely and the standard of cleanliness was very high.|If I could I would give it 10 stars

Absolutely wonderful place. Lovely family atmosphere. Food at the highest level. I recommend it 100%|The rooms are clean, fresh and cleaned daily. Breakfasts wonderful and very plentiful. A lot of regional dishes and whatever you wish. The owner is wonderful!!! A wonderful man❤️

Jovan, our server was fabulous. And it was matched by the commanding view of the sea, and a wonderful vantage point for the sunset. The food was hearty, delicious, and a generous serving. We will be back.

All you need in a hotel near Kotor. Everything worked well, quiet, view was great, restaurant was solid and the bar is all you need. You can spend more but I don;t think you could be more satisfied.||

We had an awesome time here. The Location is perfect. You have a great view at Kotor Bay and parking spots are in front of the house. The breakfast was delicious (Omelett, fresh orange juice, fruits). The host is super friendly and welcoming. We totally recommend staying at Babilon Apartments 👍🏻

We enjoyed this spot. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are clean and comfortable with good beds, small but modern bathroom. There are a lot of stairs so make sure you can carry your bags up 3 flights. It is eight on the water and our room had exceptional views. Rooms have small refrigerator, hot water boiler, good AC etc. beds were comfortable.||You can swim right in front of the hotel. You can walk in or climb down a ladder into the water like a pool.||We arrived into Kotor on foot and the taxi ride took about 10 minutes. We walked into Kotor the next day. Along the water it took about 45 minutes. There are restaurants, shops,post office etc along the route||The hotel has an attached restaurant with great service, good food (fish dishes and many other choices), tables right on the water, etc||Would definitely stay again!
