12.30.23: First time in and had a great lunch. The ambience was welcoming and I loved looking at all the restaurant decor. Service was fast, food came out hot, and our server was attentive. I ordered the 3 Al Pastor Taco combo paired with a margarita on the rocks. The Al Pastor was tender, tasty, and flavorful and only had to dab a little bit of pastor grease on a napkin. My friend had the enchilada combo, one chicken and one ground beef. He was pleasantly surprised he liked the ground beef better and said the chicken was good but lacked flavor. He thought the rice also lacked flavor however, I mixed my beans and rice and thoroughly enjoyed it myself. I like how this restaurant is part of the Spokane Valley Mall and if need be, you can do some shopping before or after. Good Tex-Mex Restaurant at the mall. The Pollo Fundido was great, I even added a side of Mole sauce to add flavor. Good for families Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time here Hands down the best Pollo molè I have ever eaten. The staff was cheerful and attentive without being pushy. I like that. Stephanie was kind and professional. I feel they probably would have let me sit there the rest of the night and just enjoy my "chocolate chicken" and decompress. I never felt rushed or they needed me to hurry up. I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a delicious lunch we had! The staff are so gracious and friendly, and the food was amazing. We had the Dos Amigos and the Three Tostadas. We will definitely be back before our trip is over! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I came in for chicken tamales but they were out. The picodillo ones were ok. Server was awesome and very friendly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Good staff but we got stuck near the kitchen I guess. Lot of staff traffic and noisy. The music over the speaker was atrocious and not remotely "latin". My enchiladas was fine but my wife didn't like the tortilla soup. Perhaps just a bad day for them but there are other Mexican restaurants we like better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Enchilada
It's fairly decent for mall fare. I do love the look of the place, as it's designed to look like a Spanish style ranch/Villa, and that's my favorite type of dining atmosphere. The service was a bit off-putting at first, because there was a younger man who was undeniably ignoring our presence at the entrance, while we were awaiting seating. He looked up at us, didn't acknowledge us whatsoever or say a single thing, not even to ask us to hold on or give him a moment, and simply went back to combing over some books and answering phone calls. I probably would not have been bothered by it at all, had I not seen him seat several people right after us, so that definitely was his job. I'm not sure what happened, there. Thankfully, our waitress was very pleasant. The food was average, as expected. It wasn't spectacular, but it was definitely nothing to complain about. They charge $1.50 for chips and salsa after the first basket, which is something I've never heard of. But, I simply chucked that up to "something happened" to cause that to be the case. The menu is fairly (and surprisingly) short, for how large the restaurant is and I was disappointed that they did not have jamaica tea, but all in all, it was a decent lunch and I would definitely go back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
It was good but not great. I didn't care for their seasoned hamburger in my enchilada should have stuck with shredded beef. Just to spendy not to enjoy but that was my issue & taste buds. So all in all it was fine. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not used to dining in on a weekend. There was a 20-30 minute wait. We normally stop in on a week day. We had to wait longer for our order and I ordered the Borrego. It's no longer on the menu but was still available in the kitchen. It was worth the extra wait for the Borrego. Update: 8-15-23 The food is still great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Not bad for an American -Mex kinda of place. We all enjoyed our meals. It was funny though because I was having a hard time deciding what to order so I asked our waiter what does he eat from here and he said he doesn't. lol 🤔 Despite that, the things we ordered were liked by all ...pork verde, chimchanga, fajitas and fish tacos all with rice and beans. The down sides which aren't that bad really, is that our chips that came with the salsa while you wait, looked like someone took a sledge hammer to them. They were so crushed up we couldn't dip them for salsa. We asked for another basket but it was chip dust too. Lol😄 Also the tortillas that came with my fish taco were not cooked enough to stay together. I had to eat my tacos with a fork because they fell apart if you tried to pick them up. Also, although our waiter was professional and good, he totally seemed like he would rather be anywhere other than there. Sadly Not friendly. I think people forget that friendliness is what brings the tips.Still, I would go back and try it again.
