I have never had a bad experience at any auntie Anne's till tonight. The delivery driver and his passenger were incredibly rude both verbally and with their body language, while both were also wearing a ballistic vest/body cam combo (given today's day and age, I don't blame them but it's also very concerning to think that they were actively filming versus kicking it on in case of an issue) and my food was much colder than if I went and got it, AND CAME BACK with it. Store won't pick up the phone and the line comes to a FAX MACHINE, not even a voicemail. Would never order delivery again based off this, would eat in location vs this bullcrap. Gave a very generous tip of 15 dollars for a 20 dollar order but wish i could speak to someone as the drivers CLEARLY do not need that money for services rendered

I remember when I was in 8th grade being told by a boy I was his future wife. Being 15 and also just being myself I despised him for it. But today he is happy and found someone he really loves who completes him. I'm just 😊 happy one of us found love.

June 5th approx 2:35pm I was handed a coupon in front of the store so decided to get the pretzel. Got up to the counter showed the young lady the coupon she said we don't have any ready be about 5 minutes. I asked if I could substitute she says no the other young girl at the register Shaquira I believe her name is made a laughing noise said ahh no then another ahaaa noise behind it. I felt disrespected at the obvious rude behavior and choose to simply walk away. Very disappointed.

My daughter won a coloring contest and was awarded free pretzels. We went and enjoyed her winnings! The staff were very friendly and nice!

Great! Ordered catering for an event. There were technical issues at first, but store manager and corporate were efficient in finding a solution to ensure the order/delivery process was seamless. The pretzels were a hit, too.

I love this place! I always go there when I go to the mall, the mini pretzel dogs with cheese dip is so amazing. The staff members are amazing and very friendly.
