Only gave a 1 star to leave this review. My family and I love auntie Anne’s pretzels and unfortunately this is the closest auntie Anne’s to us. Every visit is met with long wait times easily exceeding 20 minutes, sometimes as long as 40 minutes. Due to the location (Tanger Outlet) I’ve not complained. But todays visit I decided to place an online order. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 342. I did not arrive until 350. They hadn’t even started my order. They started to fill half of my order with a very burnt/black pretzel even after I told them up front I did not want that one. 90% of the pretzels in their display was very badly burnt. Even placing an online order, I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to had been completed prior to my arrival. Not to mention, when I told them I would wait for fresh pretzels, I was informed they may not be making anymore. They would still be open for 3 hours, had a very long line of people, and all of their pretzels on display are burnt as mentioned above. I then told them I would take a refund and they told me they would make more. Given the terrible rating of this location, I don’t understand why management isn’t stepping in to help their staff and provide better training. This is a prime location with the potential to grow exponentially.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was rude. The lady at the counter acted as if she could have cared less and told me they didn’t have any plain pretzels and I would have to wait and was rudely told the app rarely works. Just a nasty person!

Tried pick up a catering order. First, the Google knowledge page has the wrong suite number so a bunch of time wasted already. Got an alert that the order was ready but couldn’t get an employee to even acknowledge me. Line was about 5 people long.

Good customer service and the line moved super fast! Food tasted fresh!

This place use to be the place for pretzels. Today pretzel was hard, the cinnamon roll was hard and cold. They had about 4 ppl working so not sure why it was gross. Maybe they should actually work and change out the case instead of horseplaying?

They were very busy, lined up outside of the door for hours at the Tanger outlet mall today 4/12/22, we had to keep checking back time and time again. Finally able to get in line when it slowed down a tiny bit. I believe they were just short staffed, there were only two employees inside, one cooking and the other running the whole store basically by herself as the man stayed in the back only. I grabbed the Classic 6 pack already boxed but still had to wait inline for about 10 minutes as there was just the one register open. They were discounted per Tuesday special so that helped balance all the hassle and waiting. The nice girl working the front was super nice and friendly and despite being slammed all day,vwas very pleasant and courteous. Thank you very much.

Good break from shopping and walking around Tanger outlet. Long line and very, very slow service... hense the long line. Told they were out of items and then have people bring them from the back... still the same tasty pretzels and Cinnabons

We went and they were overwhelmed with a lot of customers combined with training new employees. We waited for about 10 minutes for some pretzel bites. They handled the few customers that were impatient well. We were glad to get super fresh pretzels. The store is open and was easy to see that it was clean
