Got the Auntie Anne's app a few weeks ago for T-Mobile Tuesday. They offered a free item since we made our first purchase. Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - the mini pretzel dogs were fresh and super buttery. The last two in the container was completely drenched in oil Ambience: NA - ordered and took to go from a mall location/kiosk Service: 5/5 - cashier was nice and asked if we were willing to wait 15 minutes for the order before she completed it Value for price: 3/5 - can't complain on a free item but would not pay $7.49 for 10 mini pretzel dogs

Don’t buy from this location, They steal and the managers are incompetent! I purchased a Parmesan pretzel with marinara and was charged after I was told they didn’t have the pretzel. The cashier should have checked and made the pretzel. I was told I could get a refund, but I paid on a card and have to wait 5-7 business days for the refund. This is an inconvenience to me and the manager should have given me a cash refund even though I paid with card, since it was an error on your part. She could have did an override, instead she didn’t apologize and she stole my money. It was also dirty and out of compliance in regards to Covid Guidelines.

The people working are so mean just more than $100 worth of food from them and my 9 years old kid had food stuck in his throat and i asked the girl for a cup of water and she refused saying i can only buy the water in a cup she can only give me ice but not a single drop of water WHAT A SHAME ON THIS STORE PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER THAN THAT
