Not one to leave bad reviews, normally. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait. No problem! After 10 minutes, we see them putting the pretzel bites in the cups, so we go to order. We are turned away because "can you wait until they're in the case?" After we stepped aside, another person told us to wait behind the line. Would have taken another 30 seconds, and we were literally the only people in line. Just an odd experience. Decided against buying anything. Other locations will do!

Server TAIJAH M !!!!!! Very unprofessional acts like she being forced to work or something. Doesn’t even greet the customer & hot dogs were falling out of the pretzels. If you don’t enjoy where your work change it instead of working clearly unhappy & letting the customers know that you don’t wanna be there. Told me that my pretzels dogs would be ready in 10 minutes & didn’t say anything once they were done. If you want to continue to have customers I wouldn’t have someone like that working front line! I stood in line for about 20 minutes. To find out they were out of pretzels so I ordered some pretzel bites. Only had plain and cinnamon sugar. They were disgusting! Some of them were not done and the others were burned on the bottom. After hearing me complaining to my granddaughter the manager offered some cinnamon sugar for free but the damage was done. She ate those but my plain salted ones went in the trash. It was getting late so I understand being low on selection but I would rather find them closed early than to receive undercooked or burned food. This used to be my favorite food establishment in the mall but I won't be going back. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Only thing I like about going to the mall is getting pretzels here. Service is ok but don't expect a lot from the place.

The pretzel was great like always, but the staff made a big deal out of making more when they were sold out (there was still an hour left before close). Also, 2/3 wore their masks below their nose, which obviously defeats the purpose of it in the first place.

Today I am not happy. I waited 10 mins for a pretzel and was given the one pictured at the bottom. I told the employee I didn't want burnt ends and all I got was a shoulder shrug. Look at that! 🤬🤬🤬

Ghetto!! They have horrible customer service, talk to you rudely, eye rolling, just all around bad. Their pretzels just sitting, looking old ! They get offended when you want them done fresh !

I was not impressed with the customer service at the one near Macy’s. I requested for my order and was asked to wait 15 minutes, which I didn’t have a problem with. However, it took more than 15 minutes for the cashier to give me my order. The worker was intentionally taking her time preparing other orders, including mine, and then proceeded to work on other orders although I was the only one waiting. I respectfully asked her if my order was ready, and she didn’t remember my order until I reminded her. I only gave 2 stars as the pretzels were fresh and warm, but otherwise highly disappointed. Auntie Anne’s, do better with hiring more positive and dedicated workers!
