Penang Bowl, pay per hour park, cashless park. The bowl nicely maintained, good environment, inside got cafe. Nice experience here. Price are affordable, good staff too.

Great place to play bowling. Environment is clean, ball is keeping well, friendly staff and price per game is reasonable too. Recommended place to enjoy with family, couple and working partner.

Nice place to play bowling and enjoy your time with your family and friends. Ample parking space within Sunshine Square Mall but must be paid via E-Wallet. Price per game is reasonable (around RM7.50/game). There's a place to buy food and drinks inside of it.

Went to the alley at 930pm, was told that there are no lanes available, but after walking around, we found that 3 lanes were empty and 4 lanes were on their last frame, we told the staff that we can wait for the lanes and he said okay but the counter will close at 10pm. And at 945, a few more lanes started clearing up and returning their shoes, but he refused to serve us and claims that the counter is closed. When we told him there was still 15 more minutes to closing, he said he doesnt want to serve us because he wants to close the counter and go home. Keep in mind that the bowling alley only closes at 11pm. There were also a few other big groups that were declined after us (before 10pm). This was an extremely unpleasant experience and you should fire this extremely lazy employee for reducing the profit and rejecting potential customers. Extremely unprofessional. (attached photo shows very clearly that there is still ample time before 10pm but counter was closed)

The lane of Aspiration Centre is such good. The condition is not at the best but it is okay. The authority need to make sure the lane in good condition. Service that provide is average because i need to move lane to lane due to management or technical.

Gagal. Business hours stated “Until 11PM” tapi kaunter tutup pukul 10PM. Sampai kaunter 10.02PM, cashier cakap tak boleh masuk dah sambil kira duit closing. Gagal. Note to management: Make it clear that the cashier closes ONE hour before supposed closing time. Don’t need to waste anyone’s time. Phone line is useless, by the way, so do not bother calling.

Good venue for bowling and nice atmosphere. However, there were no specific policies imposed for adding games. Staff provided inconsistent information. Were only able to play 2 games max.

I always came here to play bowling. I noticed the price has gone up quite often. If I'm not mistaken, in the last two years the price on a weekday before 12pm was RM10-RM12 for 3 games. And then it becomes RM5.50 per game. , the price has been continuously getting higher. And last week, the price was about RM8.00 per game on weekends and around RM7.00 on weekdays. Even the shoe rental also increased. The good part is the shoe rental was mostly branded new. Plus, if you got extra requests (such as 1 lane for two people or you want the middle lane etc), please request and confirm it with the cashier and not with other staff.

Worst staffs and terrible customer service. One tall weird looking guy with long hair and a lady with zero communication skills. We were uncomfortable with the lane given to us as it was shared with others, so we requested for a change. The lady said it is not possible to change, which I highly doubt. So we waited for the other group to finish, but the guy forced us to use the lane saying that the game will end if we don’t play when we already told them we are not comfortable playing there. Then the guy responded with “apa masalah bang”. Is this the way to address a customer? They both said it is not possible to change so we just have to play with whatever given. We just gave back the shoes and left without playing. I highly recommend not to come this place, will never visit again too. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the choice. Pathetic staffs and nothing great about the place too, smells really bad

Well maintained bowling alley. However, the air conditioner didnt function well. Played 3 set and drenced with sweat. Butttt, we love the alley. It is smooth.
