Memorable dining experience—delicious food and wonderful hospitality. We ordered the pan de troso with quesillo, pancit pusit, bangus, friend chicken, menudo, pork morcan, and sapin-sapin. Crowd favorites were the pancit pusit, bangus, and sapin-sapin. All of the dishes were seasoned perfectly and well-cooked—authentic Caviteño cuisine. I cannot recommend this place enough: it’s worth the trip out. Thank you to Sonny and their staff for creating a wonderful dining experience! Nothing but praises on their dishes. Will certainly come back here. Waiting time for the bill took a little longer, maybe because it's Christmas day and they're a bit short-staffed. On food: Asiong's offers Filipino menu. It is simple but good. It is served promptly. Affordable. I am pleasantly intriqued with their brew coffee. On ambience: The restaurant is very clean. I like the atmosphere - very relaxed. The white and brown combination is very nice. No aircondition instead they have big windows which allows the air to go in but no insects because it is screened. On servers: Their servers are very attentive, respectful and neat looking. On comfort room: This resto really think of the comfort of their guests. The comfort room is very clean complete with tissue, soap, alcohol and bidet. They also have a handwash section - clean too! On parking: They have ample parking. The owner is very friendly. He would approach every table to ask how the customers are doing. Very, very nice! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₱600–800 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The restaurant always serves the best Filipino dishes. If you are into seafood, the pansit pusit and fried bangus are worth trying. One of the best I ever tasted. The pansit pusit or noodles with squid ink has the right amount of condiments and the sauce taste good without the smell of squid. The fried bangus is meaty, boneless and of prime quality. The ambiance of the new restaurant is relaxing and inviting not to mention the restrooms which are modern and equipped with all the accessories. A must restaurant to visit. Try also their pandesal, the best so far for me. Be ready to splurge but it is all worth it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Recommended dishes Noodles with Squid Ink
Nothing special about the food but hits the spot, nevertheless. If you want uncomplicated Filipino fare that’s good value for money I would highly recommend. The restaurant has a really nice ambiance and with ample parking slots. Service was also good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₱600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Tried this Resto for lunch with friends. We ordered noodles with squid ink, fried chicken, pata dish, dinuguan, Laing, steamed rice and Amadeo coffee. Coffee was 1st served, though we requested to have it served last. We had a few sips, it was a dismay, no aroma, no bitter taste at all. Our waiter suggested, “add the fresh milk and brown sugar.” It wasn’t a fresh milk but, an evap milk. Still, the warm, not hot coffee didn’t please us. The other waiter removed the cups of coffee when we complained that it had no taste at all. We were told that it was from a “roasted rice.” Then, we had the noodles or pansit bihon with squid ink. The ink just added a blackish color on the noodles but, didn’t give a distinctive taste to it. It should have been mixed with the right seasonings to suit the added squid ink. It was just like an ordinary noodles, nothing special about it. The fried chicken was tender, mild taste with a thin crispy batter, which we liked. My sis enjoyed the pata dish, too fatty for the rest of us. The pork dinuguan, was mediocre, dark brown in color instead of black. Per owner, it had lemongrass (tanglad) but, maybe, not enough. Need to add more and other seasonings to cover-up the after taste of the blood. Laing with 1 shrimp on top had a tinge of sweetness? Any dish that has a coco milk would give a creamy taste. The leaves need more soaking overnight (dried leaves) to soften the leaves and add more coco milk until oil appears. That would create a native, delicious dish. The coffee was re-served. This time, with a little bitter taste and hot. This was the 1st time we ever tasted a rice coffee. We prefer still the real coffee beans. Foods weren’t really special in terms of taste, so with the presentations. Price, average. Need to renovate their rest room. Hard to open door from inside. The lock was rustic and the entire room was not pleasing to the eyes. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
I always happened to pass by this place and wander if the food was good and cheap...was thinking of saving some money to eat at this place. In God's grace my sister from overseas ask me to take them somewhere to eat. Asiong's place was good and the food was also very satisfyingly verry good. Try the crispy Kare Kare the dinuguan and the morcon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
