I researched a few places and the reviews for this place seemed to ding them for service and not the quality of the food which is the most important aspect for me. I normally tip at least 10% anyway for takeout so I wasn’t worried tbh. The food was really good and the service wasn’t anything to write home about. She didn’t respond when I said thank you or acknowledge me when I walked in, but it’s takeout. I ordered the large order of orange chicken with house fried rice and it was excellent. I would recommend this place, just go in with proper expectations of the other reviews regarding service. My husband stopped here to get dinner. He had eaten here before but it was a first for me. He loves the Happy Family. I had the shrimp🍤 and broccoli 🥦 and it was good. Our food was $32 total with tax so it wasn't priced too high. I will eat here again. Oan: I placed the order over the phone and the order taker was very pleasant. I forgot to take the pics at first so they were taken after we had already started eating.

We have lived in North Charleston for five years and it took a while to find this place. This is the best Asian food in our area by far. The flavors are perfect. My family devoured over $200 worth of food. Every dish was perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5

I have been here many times and the food has been pretty good.... It's the service from the very rude Chinese lady that I can't handle anymore. I go in tonight and she is typing on the computer. She never looked up, never anything. When she looked up she said nothing. It was as if I just stole the Buddha. That look would have killed satin. I had to initiate the order. She gave me the price and put the receipt with pen in front of me. I signed and tried to hand it to her. She throws her pointed finger toward the tip jar.... No thank you, no ten minutes....no nothing. When it was ready ...here. that's it. I owe them nothing and frankly I will no longer support a local business that has no respect for its customers. NEVER AGAIN! The woman at the front desk has HORRIBLE communication skills. The food is average and honestly not worth the the $50 tab for rice and lo mein. I will not be ordering again. I bought three dishes for Father’s Day: Bourbon chicken, teriyaki chicken, and honey chicken. The chicken was dry and hard. The fried rice seems to have been reheated because it’s anything but fluffy. It has no egg or vegetables, just a bunch of sauce sauce. This is one of those restaurants that I only try once!

I have ordered from this place multiple times and have never had an issue, until today. I placed my order online, like I have multiple times and ordered the incorrect items. We do the dinner combo instead of the traditional meals, after I realized it I had called them to see if they could change it, when I was told they could not because it was already paid for I was completely fine with that. The issue I had was that when I made my phone call, I was told that my food was already ready, that also being another reason they couldn't change my order. So I proceeded to go pick up my order and it was not ready, after waiting approximately 10-15 mins, I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager approached the counter she rudely stated "What's the problem?" So I calmly let her know I understood that they couldn't change my order and I was completely fine with that, but I did not appreciate being lied to about my order being ready and that if it wasn't ready they shouldn't have stated so on the phone call. Instead of being understanding and just offering a simple apology, which I would have gladly taken, she starts to get loud and yelling about a refund, I continued to state it is not about the money but being lied to as a customer and to try to see it from my point of view. Needless to say she basically threw my money at me and yanked the food off of the counter. I will never deal with this establishment again, you do not treat your customers this way. Regardless of the lie just a simple apology would have been sufficient enough, to acknowledge that they were in the wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered food, drove 15 minutes, when I parked I received a call telling me that they didn’t make my food, that they decided to close early… after taking my order, and making me drive all the way over there, then they didn’t feel like cooking it, and just went home… very unprofessional, you made me waste my gas and time for nothing Service: 1
Tonight I ordered the wings appetizer. They were cooked properly, but were not made to order. I ordered them xxx spicy and did not receive what I asked for. The dry rub they put on the wings is nice and tastes ok, but they will not give you what you ask for when you want spicy on any if their selections. Their dinners they list on the menu as spicy are just not, even if you ask for extra spicy. The chef goes by his recipe and not what you request. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
There's a lady that work up front very aggressive to certain people. I told her I was there to pick up an order then called Uber for verification and it still wasn't good enough. This not the only time, but be my guess they short staffed for a reason. And clean your windows no one can't eat seeing dead bugs. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
