Always exceptional service, always friendly, and fantastic menu with new options. The plating is well presented, the food consistent, served at the right temp, and well balanced flavor!! I am sharing today the pepper shrimp and pepper scallops in the background- incredible! I have also had sushi many a time before here, and my son loves the teriyaki. I am thrilled about my evening here and always go back! We had a lot of other dishes and they too were on point! Believe the negative reviews went in on 2/25/2024 and sat for an hour with my wife (on a celebration date for buying our first house) with one alcoholic drink each and finished both our drinks for me to get fed up go ask for our bill for the drinks since we sat there for an hour just waiting for appetizers for the manager to finally be like oh here's your food and I straight told her I'm not eating cold food it's been an hour I've been sitting there with my wife with no food I work in the food service industry it doesn't take no hour for appetizers to come out maybe if your ordering straight sun burnt steak but not appetizers. Do yourself and any company you have with you and go somewhere else I recommend hogfish it's literally on the other corner of this horror show of a restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nobody, I mean nobody,. I mean nobody in Loveland does Asian food like the Asian grill. We love Asian food and absolutely will not touch another restaurant in the city of Loveland.. The food is amazing,. And the atmosphere is can't miss! ! Do yourself a favor and skip the other pretenders, and you won't be sorry! Guaranteed! Wow!!! We had an absolutely amazing experiencing after choosing Asian Cafe and Grill to celebrate two friends' birthdays. We enjoyed the egg drop soup, wontons, edamame, sushi, and pho!! Gluten free soy sauce was available. The restrooms were obviously well taken care of. We love the diversity of this menu in one location. We received the best service and enjoyed cheesecake, and will absolutely be back. Cannot say enough, thank you so very much!!! Are they under new management ? Used to love this place 10 years ago, (was a 5 star review) but recently the food is more expensive for poor quality. Asked for brown rice, but out came white rice with a brown sauce on it ? Were egg pieces in it so I wonder if I was getting yesterday's fried rice ? Veggie roll from King Soopers tastes better and costs half the price. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience. It was not even busy and we waited 30 minutes just to get our drink order taken. Then it took another 20 minutes for a sprite and coke to arrive. Then another 10 minutes for a tea to arrive that was ordered with the other drinks. The food arrived 60 minutes later and was cold. $32 per plate hibachi after this long wait was cold. We asked the waitress to heat the food and she said ok and just walked away. 10 minutes later the hostess came over and asked us how our food was and we told her it was cold and asked her to warm it up. She said she would tell the waitress. 10 more minutes went by and the waitress came back and we again asked her if she would warm our food. She again said ok and just walked back into the kitchen without our plates. 15 minutes go by and she brings out to go boxes. We again say the food is cold can she please have it heated back up. She walks back into the kitchen. The hostess then comes over and says "you want us to microwave it?". We say yes the food is cold. She finally takes it back to the kitchen and comes back about 15 minutes later. The food was not even good and very overpriced for what it is and the poor service. Everyone was very nice but we spent nearly fifty dollars on takeout and could only stomach a few bites of each dish- it was so disappointing. My teriyaki chicken (photo) came with the teriyaki sauce on the side for some reason and the naked chicken didn’t look or taste good at all. Could have made better food at home.
