The most lovely restaurant in whole town. Fast, kind service, reasonable prices, delicious food and spectacular few on Indian ocean. This place is on the list to "must visit" when you're in Diani.

Lovely place on the beach.
Food was OK—we visited on Christmas Eve and it was buffet style, with few options however. The view towards the ocean really makes this place special.
Food is amazing!! Im not usually a seafood gal but Thai red curry fish was delicious and so was the stir fry octopus. Cocktails were okay and a bit pricey. Good vibes all together, right on the beach, nice breeze, great scenery.

Excellent food and service! Had garlic prawns that were amazing! Also has molten lava chocolate cake for dessert which was alright. The views were amazing, right beachside… Would make for a great date night spot. Would certainly come back!

Great beachfront place to have a meal in Diani. Serene, relaxing and has delicious food. Staff are very friendly, have a sense of humor and helpful.
Maybe Asha Bistro should also link up with respectable providers of ancillary services like boat riding, skiing, etc, One needs to be careful about the folks in the open beach who will be trying to peddle these services - unreliable!

Asha bistro is truely amazing!
They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and sea and the drinks are nice: I especially like the fruit juices and strawberry milkshake, or just a cold beer on a sunny day whilest you enjoy the view.
The staff and owner are very friendly too.
But most importantly: the food is absolutely delicious! My friends couldn't stop mentioning how good the ginger crab was (I still need to try for myself), but honestly, everything I've eaten here was delicious: bbq'ed lobster, shrimps and beef; shrimp curry; and most of all: the 'Asha fish fillet'! It's in these simple dishes (perfectly grilled snapper, spinach, mashed potatoes and butter sauce) that the true quality of your ingredients and the expertise of your kitchen staff can be noticed because there are no fancy ingredients to 'hide behind'. And Asha absolutely nailed it! The best food I've had in Kenya so far!

Perfect spontaneous date with my wife!
My wife and I chanced upon Asha Bistro during an evening walk on the beach. We were actually looking for a path through to the main road to get home but once we saw the beautiful layout of the restaurant we had to take a closer look at the menu. We started by asking for some takeout pizza for our kids watching Netflix back at our AirBnb. But after enjoying the warm sea breeze, an amazing ocean view and an excellent G&T and Mojito on their beach-side couches we realized we had to turn this into a proper date. I ran the kids pizza home via tuk tuk and was back to enjoy a fantastic spontaneous dinner with my date. She enjoyed the cashew chicken and I stuck with my bacon, mushroom and pineapple pizza, which I’d originally ordered as takeout. The kitchen kindly kept it warm while I sorted out the kids. Our ever attentive waitress Monique moved us to a secluded table overlooking the nicely lit pool. She kept up well with us as we kept changing things.

Absolutely amazing place. Super friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The owner came over and even asked us how our meal was and spoke for a few minutes. The food was incredible, many flavors, good variety and very tasty. The ambience was amazing with great lighting and even a live saxophone player. Wonderful experience, and I am definitely going again.
