Such a nice place. It's our 3rd time here in one week and every time just been blown away! Love the food. Such value for money. The portions sizes are great. This is proper food. The best service. So friendly and fast. I definitely recommend this coffee shop! This is a little gem. Please don't change anything. Wow! 4th table stood up and walked out. Service extremely slow. "Out of gas". Don't need gas to make toasted sandwiches. Not a good reflection that customers walk out before being served. The owner is not a good business owner and in for a hiding. If you Not around then have a competent person in the shop. This is your season and you are letting money slip off your table. Booked a table for 5 people in advance for Women's Day. After a long waiting period we were directed to our table by a young lady BUT no one came over to our table to take our order so we left, one can only sit that long waiting......and being ignored. I was looking forward to sit down and relax with my kids and enjoy some pizza but the service let me down big time, or rather NO SERVICE. Drove all the way from Dana Bay for nothing. Disappointed to say the least. You will see under my name that I booked for 5 people. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1

Went there within the first week they opened, and waited 20 minutes for 2 take away cappuccinos. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they were still finding their feet. My son and I went there again today, and it will be the last time. After waiting 40 minutes for our food (a quiche and toasted chicken mayo), I got up to ask where our food is. I had to get up because the waiter never came around again after ordering the food. They looked a bit confused and said something about the kitchen printer. After they went to the kitchen they said it is finally on its way. 7 minutes later it was there. So we waited almost 50 minutes for our food. When it came the sandwich was borderline burnt and my son halfheartedly ate some of it because he was so hungry. He did say the chips was nice. I received a half hearted sorry once from the waiter. No management. It is a shame, because we like supporting local, but we will not go back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1
