Quick and friendly service. I did the drive thru because I always take my dog with me when I can. As a nice little surprise they happened to have little milk bones for our furry friends at the window. The food here is always delicious as well. We went through the drive-through and ordered two things - mac & cheese bites and medium curly fries. The order taker didn't repeat the order back and we didn't realize until we left that they rang up mozzarella sticks and a large curly fry. Disappointing but it explained why they kept asking if we were sure we didn't want marinara at the pick-up window. We were on our way to an appointment so didn't have time to ask them to fix it, and you can't give feedback via the site on the receipt because their store number isn't in the database. Scott, Robin and hard working crew. Are wonderful to deal with. When our work crew wants Arby's its a call before rush time to place a larger order. We mention a pick up time and its hot and ready. It was ok. I ordered something other than my usual "regular roast beef" and was disappointed. Brisket bacon beef dip was not as good as I had hoped. The meat was dry and crunchy the dip tasted like hot brown water and was helpful to make the bread and meat moist. I didn't order curly fries but I like them enough that I didn't go back to the drive thru for another 15 minute wait to have them exchanged. I had originally headed to the location on Indiana because Google said it was the closest location to where I was. Indiana was closed I found out by calling them after I noticed that the location looked under construction. The nice person on the phone was nice enough to tell me the next closest location. We hadn't been to Arby's in a while..they have their fish sandwich right now and theirs puts any other burger/sandwich shop to shame! Huge fish fillet, yummy tartar sauce, lettuce and I add tomato. Very generous and filling. My daughter got a market fresh Turkey sandwich and it was really good! The bread was soft and the turkey was delicious. The crinkle fries are a nice change from curly fries. The valley location on Sprague is always clean, the food is fresh and tastes great and the staff are friendly and professional.

Would not eat here terrible terrible service terrible food. Kara is apparently still asking about me trying to cause drama even though I haven't worked there in months she's a psychopath and one of the managers. Brenna is one of the other managers. They spend more time eating all the food than I do actually helping the restaurant. Scott the manager is inappropriate with his employees and young girls. Often touching them and letting drama go round and round in circles around that place. It's toxic. They don't care about their customers. And they go out of their way to make sure to tell the person at the window to overcharge everybody.

Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is disgusting. My French dip didn't come with the sauce either which is very disappointing. Was looking for something that would taste great but left me feeling even worse than not eating lunch.

This place is so bad food is tasteless expensive I'll never go here again. Update 9/28/23... you want me to be more specific, I got 2 regular, 2 cheesy beef sandwich things paid $16. For what I got not worth it. If I got a good coupon it's not a bad place to get eats. Without a coupon it's not worth the price Service Take out
