Always friendly service, but today I ordered the wing basket and it maybe came with 2-3 tiny ones and about 10 fries. Same with my other order. Not sure if the staff is being told to serve half orders but this has happened a few times in a row now.

This Arby's is not usually busy...We had a birthday party who wanted Arby's instead of pizza. They were surprised with my large order, but were able to satisfy our order with prompt service & zero errors. It took longer to get back out on the highway than it did for our order. On most days everything is good, today I went thru the drive thru ordered a crispy chicken club meal and received a buffalo chicken wrap instead, I do like buffalo chicken however today I had my heart set on a crispy chicken club. Not enough time to go in and have it corrected as I was on my lunch break, just wanted to let you know so the staff will make sure to confirm and check the order for accuracy. Ordered food with door dash and ordered my usual. Had not eaten at this location before. Beef n cheddar classic, curly fries and a drink. How do you spell TACKY?!? Apparently, in Sioux Falls, it’s spelled A-R-B-Y-S! I asked for a lemonade without ice and was informed it would be **only half full**. I said no thanks. The person with me ordered one and was given 3/4 cup of ice. We drove up the road to Slim Chicken and were given a full-sized lemonade, no ice, no questions asked. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere next time!
