This Arby's was quick and friendly. The restaurant recently went through a remodel but you wouldn't know it, very standard still. clean and fresh environment. The Food: probably not the healthiest, but it's good for sure. i like a little spice and their sauce selection is great for that. They must service the drink machine on schedule....its one of the few places I've been where it didnt taste like cough syrup on occasion. pretty good fast food experience over all. Wife picked up lunch for us. Couple of bites in found a nasty taste. Open the sandwich and found what looked like chewing tobacco. looking closer it may be grill scrapings. Either way called the store and they acted like it was no big deal. Said they order in the meat and they jst heat it. So sad! Oh ordered no onions. The sandwich and service were good, and the fish box was good as well. Curly fries would have been better if they had been freshly made. The large drink size was not very big, more like a medium elsewhere. I love it curly fries and it's a big good place to eat. I love a roast beef sandwich is a chicken sandwich is a big one combo a gyro sandwiches, and I loved the roast. Beef is my favorite. I love the gravy and I love the arby sauce that they have tperiod. And when I have time, I come to eat all the time. Especially on my lunch break. The food was good. The molded ceiling tiles was gross. The food under tables along with the trash wasn't a good look or feel. I could possibly understand if they were busy but only my sister and I and another couple was in there. I have to say the employees at this location today were the most incompetent people I have ever encountered and I have worked in food and beverage for over 25 years. We pulled up at Arby’s in Gulfport Mississippi about 30 minutes ago and asked for a classic single roast, beef and cheddar, and a number three, which is a French dip combo. The girl acted like she did not know how to take the order we sat there for a few minutes, waiting, hoping she would repeat it, but she did not, and told us to pull around to the window there another employee asked us for an amount of money that we knew didn’t sound right it was less than what we thought we owed , he asked what our order was and gave us some of it. We told him we needed a sweet tea. He said that the girl did not ring us up for our sweet tea which would’ve been in our combo we ordered.We also needed our classic roast beef & cheddar and she did not ring us up for that. Finally, after we paid two different times we got all of our stuff and we need napkins after the napkins I looked and there was no cheese on my sandwich, which is a cheddar roast beef sandwich. When you go to a restaurant or a fast food restaurant and they do something wrong with your meal and you tell them what is supposed to happen is they take it back and remake it and when we handed them my sandwich and told them we needed cheese on it. They tossed it back and gave us a cup of cheese for us to put the cheese on it ourselves not happening so I said I just want my money back for my sandwich and another employee came out and said I want to see your receipt. We literally just bought it three minutes ago in your drive-through line. We couldn’t find the receipt at that moment, and she acted like she wasn’t gonna refund it, as if we didn’t buy it for her I found it she gave up a big attitude and then gave us our money back. That was the most chaotic professional aggravating experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s or any fast food restaurant I’ve been to I’ve worked food and beverage for over 25 years, I would clean house with those employees and start over if I were working there as a manager. I was almost afraid to eat here because not only is the building dilapidated but the inside was dirty, trash everywhere, tables filthy, the counter where you get your drink and condiments was filthy, no napkins. I pray we don't get poisoned. If those working there spent more time doing there job instead of playing around the place might not be so bad. I know I will never go back there.
