Ordering was quick and time to meal was also decent. The location was clean and the condiments were well stocked. The beef and cheddar was good as normal and the fries were also delicious. My shake however had a hair on top of the whip cream which turned me off completely from eating.

A friend and I went through the drive-through. I’ve been to the Auburn Arby’s many times and the meals have always been good. This time we got 2 classic beef and cheddars and two Mac n cheese balls. The beef and cheddars were horrible. The meat was cut thicker instead of thinly shaved/sliced and was very tough. We couldn’t eat them. I placed an order on door dash for delivery. I ordered a curly fries and a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich I received a sandwich with a chicken patty two buns and lettuce. No bacon No Swiss. the store can't do anything because I ordered on door dash and door dash won't help me. no point in ordering here. food is always cold. even when they ask you to wait for your sandwich and fries they still give them to you cold. Super sad and disappointing the quality just continues to drop and i used to really like arby’s. Not only is it cold, but my sandwich has nothing on it, two pieces of beef after pulling it apart. I used the drive through. Food was very fresh and warm. Crinkle cut fries were very tasty and had nice fresh flavor. Friendly service too. I am from GA and this Arby's is yummy. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Great food - App was malfunctioning and wouldn't allow you to check out so the tempting competitive price points weren't available since the restaurant wouldn't honor the online deals. McDonalds honored the app coupons at the drive through the last time I had an issue with their app - shame Arby's doesn't have the same philosophy. Food: 5 Service: 1
